Pretty unsurprising, but with all the Health Partner grinding, we hit regular YouTube Partner also! Not sure how much I will actually be doing with Members or Supers, since monetization wasn't really my goal here. But in the meantime, I brought over some of my Emotes and Badges as a nice cherry on top!

After putting out videos for the past couple of months, I finally have enough watch hours in order to apply for YouTube Health features. It takes about a month or two to verify my medical license on the platform, but hopefully I can update you all with some good news! We also smashed the goals for regular YouTube monetization, so I applied for that too! Thank you for all of your support!!!!

Hello new Saikenators! I'd like to introduce myself for everyone who recently discovered me on YouTube from my videos these past few months.
My name is Saiken, M.D. and I'm a doctor vtuber and internal medicine doctor in real life! I've been a streamer on Twitch since 2018, vtuber since 2022, and a fully-licensed attending physician since 2025. Although I am primarily active on Twitch and X, my 2026 goal has been to move towards YouTube, and become the first vtuber to qualify for Health Features Partner Program! This gives me a little banner on my YouTube channel that shows verification of my medical license, and displays my credentials on my videos without me having to reveal my personal information as a content creator.
With the release of the Doctordle video, I officially hit the minimum watch hours requirement in order to apply for the program! As a celebration, I'll be playing Doctordle doing my first stream on YouTube tomorrow night at 9:00PM EDT.
