Over anderhalve week publiceer ik een video waarin ik je leer hoe je zelf je rug-, nek- en schouderpijn kunt behandelen. Je zult je daardoor veel beter voelen, minder beperkt zijn in je bewegingen of de pijn zelfs helemaal kwijtraken. Ik probeer de video volgende week woensdag of donderdag online te zetten.
