XLRI - Xavier School of Management
XLRI, the oldest management school in India, was founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, S.J. of the Jesuit Order in the Steel City of Jamshedpur. Fr. Enright visualized XLRI to be a partner in the liberation and development journey of independent India with a far-reaching vision of "Renewing the face of the Earth". Fr. Bill Tome joined hands with him to bring that vision to fruition. Both, together with the other Jesuit companions, worked tirelessly towards translating the Vision "Renewing the face of the Earth" into a reality.
Over six decades XLRI has strived to mould responsible business leaders who contribute their mite in creating a sustainable future.

We are incredibly proud to announce XLRI – Xavier School of Management-Delhi NCR campus, successfully completed its Summer Internship Placement Process (SIP).
The 107 students (2021-23 batch) from the second batch of XLRI Delhi-NCR participating in the combined placement process achieved a 100% placement record. Even amidst the pandemic, the summer internship process turned out to be a resounding success with the Delhi-NCR batch bagging an average stipend of 2.24 lakhs for two months and a median stipend of 2.2 lakhs for two months, a remarkable increase of 47% and 46% respectively over the last year. The stipend of the top 50% of the Delhi-NCR batch stood at 2.56 lakhs for 2 months, while the top 20% bagged an average stipend of 3 lakhs for 2 months.
Leading recruiters like Accenture Strategy, PwC, Amazon, Flipkart, Aditya Birla Group, HUL, Mondelez, Dabur, Microsoft, Walmart, Deloitte, Bajaj Finserv, Star-Disney, Natwest Group, Citi offered coveted roles in fields ranging across Consulting, Sales and Marketing, General Management, Product Manager, Operations and Finance.
We heartily congratulate all the students and commend their efforts which got them through the process with flying colours.
