SimuLive lets you automate your Google Meet meetings completely. You upload your content once, configure a runbook, and SimuLive takes care of everything at your scheduled time without you needing to be present at all.

Here is exactly what happens when your runbook runs:

- Your Google Meet session goes live automatically
- Live streaming begins to external platforms if you have it scheduled
- Chat simulation runs with pre-configured messages timed throughout the meeting
- Participant simulation activates to reflect real audience presence

Setting it up takes minutes:

- Go to Dashboard, then Integrations, then Google Drive and Meet
- Click Connect Google and authorize access. Google Drive is required for storing your content files. Google Meet access is optional but needed for automated meetings
- Create a runbook by going to Dashboard, then Runbooks, then Create Runbook
- Select your Google Meet account and Google Drive account
- Upload your content. For video only you need an mp4 file. For video with chat and participants you also need a messages.json and participant-names.json file
- Set your title, description, date, time, timezone, duration, and schedule type
- Click Create Runbook and you are done

A few things worth knowing:

- Google Meet supports Meeting type only. Webinar event types are not available for Google Meet
- Your scheduled time must be at least 10 minutes in the future
- Registration is not currently supported for Google Meet
- You can edit your runbook anytime before it runs but not while it is actively running
- You can abort a running runbook at any time if needed
- When deleting, you can choose to keep or also remove the associated Google Meet event

You can also add a live stream after creating your runbook by clicking Schedule Live Stream inside the runbook. The stream time must be within one minute of your meeting start time.
