He shared his story on Youtube and included tips and exercises to help others who may be feeling a similar kind of pain.
After dealing with debilitating sciatic pain down the left side of his body, David decided to give inversion therapy a try. He noticed an improvement when inverting, but this was nothing compared to when he started adding in a stretching routine.
