From raking leaves and pruning to tilling soil—I even had to go to my neighbor's to beg for horse manure for my veggie patch! 💩The faster the snow melted, the faster the "manual labor" mode kicked in. For the first time in my life, I've achieved "meat freedom"— I probably won't need to buy pork for the next six months. I expected it to be gamey, but the meat is actually incredibly tender. Huge thanks to the experienced hunter who caught a young boar (about a year old). He was kind enough to gift me the entire thing! At first, I was daydreaming about all the dishes I'd make: braised pork knuckle, pan-fried pork with peppers, and slow-cooked pork belly.
