However, for the subconscious mind to give us the support we want, our body and mind need to be relaxed and open to thoughts, images, feeling and most importantly our intuition. We need to get to the stage of trusting our intuition and know that it is working for our best interests, however there are times when we feel we are sabotaging ourselves.
