Got back on my handcycle today, so that alone makes it a good day. Shoutout to my guides for today's Achilles Hope and Possibilities race Irit and Linda. And shoutout to my backup guide T (pictured behind us) who was ready to guide me in those timbs of his if need be.

I woke up from the anesthesia like a G, so no viral video for me. But after the biopsy and the IUD, I sure hope I am soon period-free. Now I just have to wait and see 😊
