I made a ‘Chiquitos’ style Halloumi Crunch Burger: halloumi, salsa, mayo, hot sauce, red onion, spinach, tortillas all layered in a brioche bun … with a few extra tortillas on the side. Quick and very tasty 👩‍🍳
