Hi everyone, it’s been some time since I last posted. I’m okay. Life just gets in the way, and if you’ve been here for a long time, you know I’m not the best at managing my time. There are periods during the year where I’m just not able to get enough rest and do everything at the same time, YouTube included. I have to choose.

Over the last few months, I dealed with a full-time apprenticeship, which is mandatory for my faculty, and honestly the schedule was not helping at all. On top of that, I wasn’t feeling very stimulated when it came to k-pop, both the music itself and ideas for the channel. You know how it works here. The live vocals and tier list videos do very well, the monthly rankings do fairly well too, but everything else is kind of a wild card. I think that probably affected my motivation as well.

But I’m back now and as I always tell you, I’m not going anywhere. Nothing is going to change as of right now, I just wanted to tell you how I’ve been feeling. I KNOW I’m late on the march and april releases, but I’m planning a double video release within the next week (hopefully), like I did for september and october, if that sounds good to you. And I’m going to do my best to find my motivation again… even though exams are coming up. YIKES.

actually crazy things have happened in these last few weeks. i knew something was up when I saw that video of jisung sobbing uncontrollably. i genuinely cannot believe that the frontmen (can we call them that? cause that’s kinda what they were) of two of the biggest groups we have both left. heeseung hit me even more because he was also my bias, but mark WAS nct, genuinely. confusing days, for real. it will be so weird to see both enhypen’s and nct’s (u, 127 or dream) next comeback. inevitably, it’s going to feel weird for some reason. but i respect their decisions. let’s hope we get to see a lot of them in the future. feeling bittersweet! 🥀

i haven’t watched every single sbs gayo daejeon performance but YOU CAN BET i watched the le sserafim one. bringing drag queens on stage during this big of an event is a bold and meaningful statement for a k-pop group. queerness is such a taboo in the korean industry sometimes it feels like talking about it is forbidden. so this is a BIG deal. crazy had a lot of ball culture influences, in the choreo and production, and of course spaghetti does it better and bigger with the visuals. i am so proud of them. we should all be thankful!
