Back in Bangkok! 🇹🇭

It's been a bit quiet on here lately, and I wanted to give you a little update on what's been going on!

After a few amazing months in Cyprus, and visiting family in the Netherlands and a trip to France, I'm finally back in one of my all time favorite cities.

Right now we're staying in a hotel, but things are moving fast. The last few days have been all about viewing new condos, furniture shopping, and getting everything ready for our move in just a few days!

So yes, life is a little hectic right now, but the good kind of hectic.

Back in Bangkok! 🇹🇭

Big changes! Although, maybe not too big! 

After spending an amazing time, and still, in Cyprus.
It's time to head back to Bangkok. 🇹🇭🛺

Not yet, but very soon...
In April I will leave Cyprus, trade it in and going back to one of my all time favorite cities!

It's been a while!

But I'm back in Cyprus, settled and well! Enjoying the beach, good food but also my new office in ofcourse the new apartment. (Yes, coming a tour very very soon...☺️)

As you might have known, I visited one of my all time favorite places recently:

Wow! Since leaving Bangkok, life has been pretty crazy, hectic but so much fun!

As you might have known, I have been back in The Netherlands for a short two week trip. It really was amazing, and if you want to see more of that, I have actually posted two videos about it where I bring you along. ☺️

But the adventure doesn’t stop there. I’m currently in Cyprus, which is actually my new home for now, and getting ready for the next little adventure.

In a few days I’ll be heading back to The Netherlands again, but this time for a road trip to Paris with some fun stops along the way. 🚗 And ofcourse I’ll be filming everything so you can come along in the next video!

Funny enough… my best friend and I actually visited Paris together 3 years ago in 2023. So it feels a bit like a full circle moment going back again. 📸

Now I’m curious

What’s one place in Paris you think we absolutely have to visit?
And… can you guess one of the stops we’ll make on the way? 🇫🇷

Leaving Thailand (for now...)

By the time you’re reading this, I won’t be in Bangkok anymore.
And after deciding to stay here for a longer period of time and settling, leaving Bangkok feels almost strange. 

The familiar streets of Bangkok, slow mornings, warm evenings, and the feeling of being exactly where you need to be for a while.

I’m incredibly grateful for this chapter, for the routines I built, the places I returned to, and the sense of home that somehow formed again. And while I’m moving on for now, it doesn’t feel like a goodbye.

For now, it’s time to close this chapter with gratitude and luckily, I have a DTV visa… so see you soon! I’ll be back in April, returning to both Bangkok and Chiang Mai for another adventure, and I already know it’s going to be a special one!

And with that being said... get ready for a new adventure with first two weeks in the Netherlands, a visit to Cyprus but also a French roadtrip! Woohoo 🛫🚗

Just a few days before… 🇳🇱

Just a few days before I’ll be flying back to the Netherlands…

Jeppe will be flying to a completely different destination, but only 15 minutes after my flight. Which means we still get to go to the airport together, what are the odds of that?

And even though I’m technically traveling alone, I already know this time will be filled with so much love and exciting adventures.

Things I’m most looking forward to:
– seeing my little niece, who is almost 4 years old
– traveling to exciting cities like Antwerp with my best friend
– spending time with my family doing the things we love
– eating food that I’ve missed so much haha

And some things that will be very different from my life right now:
– long dog walks in nature with Storm
– hearing Dutch all around me again
– driving on the right side of the road
– wearing a winter jacket instead of living in 30-degree heat every day
– feeling both familiar and like a stranger at the same time

I’ll be vlogging this whole chapter and I can’t wait to share it with you

and even though I’m already back in Bangkok, this trip is constantly on my mind!

It was such a special experience and I’m so grateful I got to do this solo journey.

Destination reveal! 🛫

I’ve been hinting at a new trip in my last two videos…
and by the time you’re reading this, I’m actually already in Japan.

My main destination is Osaka, but I’ll be doing a few day trips while I’m here, and the first one is to Uji, the matcha capital of the world 🍵

Japan has been on my vision board for 2026 and on my dream destinations list for so long, so being here right now honestly feels a little unreal.

My first Japan video goes live this Sunday!

a visit back home! ✨

I mentioned this in my last video, but in about one month I’ll be going back to the Netherlands!

It will be the first time in about 1.5 years that I’m back home, which honestly feels kind of surreal.

Since it’s my home country, I really want to film it in a special way this time.

What would you love to see?
– more of my daily life there
– specific cities or places
– or just cozy, vlogs?

I’ll be staying for around two weeks, so there’s more than enough time to share a piece of this with you!
