The way you become unstoppable is by not stopping.

Think about a bicycle.

It only works when it’s moving forward.

The moment you stop, you fall.

It’s the same with anything else you’re trying to achieve.

Just look around you.

How many people have you seen commit to something?

“I’m going to lose weight.”

“I’m going to build that business.”

“I’m going to post on socials every day.”

Only to stop a few weeks later because things got difficult.

This should give you a ton of motivation.

Because the people who win aren’t smarter than you.

They’re not more talented.

They just didn’t stop.

If you can master the art of not stopping,

compound interest will do its job.

And eventually, you’ll achieve what you set out to achieve.

Are you ashamed to take your top off at the beach?

I was. 7 years ago.

110kg. Man boobs. Beer belly.

Stuck. Numb. Alcohol, drugs, junk food every single day.

Couldn’t think of anything worse than the beach.

I’d walk in the sea with a t-shirt on. Told everyone it was for the sun.

I was ashamed of how I looked.

And guess what.

That shame doesn’t stay private.

It leaks into everything.

Your work. Your relationships. Your sex life. How you make decisions.

Everything gets smaller.

Because people can feel it.

They subconsciously know this man doesn’t respect himself.

But the moment you flip the switch,

the moment you start regulating your nervous system, reprogramming your mind & changing your self-image through daily action,

everything changes.

Fast.

👉Your energy improves
👉Confidence skyrockets
👉Performance levels up
👉Relationships deepen

Your whole life improves.

Because now people feel something different too.

Something I found through this process.

Training isn’t for the body. The body is just proof.

Training is for your mind. Your self-image. Your self-trust.

When you have those three things, life reorganizes itself around you.

PS.

If you’re ready to feel confident again, to eliminate the self-sabotage, build an iron mind, and get ready for summer,

Join the 60-Day Body & Mind Reset Challenge.

Starts Sunday 3rd May.

Doors close midnight Saturday.

Trying to improve your life without getting fit is like trying to sleep after an 8-ball of cocaine.

It’s not happening.

You say you want to feel calm & in control again.

But every day…

you’re fighting against your own chemistry.

I know because when I had man boobs and a beer belly,

I meant it when I said, “I’m changing.”

But the second life got stressful…

boom.

👉Overthinking.
👉Cravings.
👉Procrastination.
👉Self-sabotage.

Not because I was weak.

But because my nervous system was fried.

And everything I used to “relax”…

the sugar, the booze, the junk food, the scrolling…

was making it 10x worse.

You get the dopamine hit.
Then comes the crash.
Then you reach for more.

And the loop continues.

That’s why fitness isn’t just about looking better.

It’s about taking back control of your mind.

The six pack is just the by product.

Get your body fit and healthy first...

and the rest of your life becomes 10x easier.

PS. I’m taking a small group of men through my 60-Day Body & Mind Reset Challenge.

Starting this Sunday, 3rd May.

Doors close Saturday at Midnight

DM me “60” & I’ll send you the full breakdown.

Attention!

I’m testing a new 5-minute Internal Control protocol (breath-based) this week that helps you:

👉shut off overthinking
👉drop stress fast
👉boost energy + focus
👉shift your internal state on command (without substances)

I’m choosing 6 men (entrepreneurs / business owners / professionals) to test it and track performance changes.

DM me “ICS” and tell me:

👉what you do
👉where you’re stuck right now
👉your main coping habit (if any)

I’ll pick the 6 this week.

You can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

If you’re anything like I was,

you probably grew up hearing this phrase all the time.

And maybe,

subconsciously, you accepted it as true.

Then when you wanted to make a big change in your life

like stop eating shit and get in shape,

or quit the habits that have been keeping you stuck

you ended up self sabotaging.

Because somewhere deep down,

you still believed you couldn’t do it.

When I was 110kg, with big man boobs & a beer belly,

I was convinced a good body and six-pack abs were only for athletes or people with good genetics.

But when I lost 30kg in 6 months,

I started to realise that was just one of the many beliefs holding me back.

That’s when I started to retrain my mind, body, and nervous system from all the old programming.

And within 6 years of making that decision,

I’d built a successful business,
started a family,
had my first child,
trained with the Marines,
lived in two esoteric mystery schools,
and relocated to my dream island.

This isn’t to brag.

It’s to show you

that if I can do it,

you can too.

But it starts by getting clear on your vision,

and then retraining the old beliefs, behaviors, and habits that keep you stuck.

If you want to try the Vision Blueprint that helped me achieve this, and that I use with my clients

Comment the word “Vision” & I’ll send it your way.

When you notice your mind’s going mad,

move.

As soon as it starts telling you,

“You’ve done enough, just relax, it’s been a busy day, have a drink, a cheeky line,”

tell your mind

to shut the fuck up

and go take action.

The second you give in to that little voice,

you’re training your subconscious to seek comfort.

And every time you choose comfort over growth, you lose a little more trust in yourself.

That’s why you feel stressed and your mind won’t slow down,

because it’s trying to tell you,

“Listen, James… what the fuck are you doing?”

But the moment you start taking action,

almost instantly,

the overthinking, the doubt, the cravings, they disappear.

Because the mind can’t focus on two things at once.

So start taking action.

The secret productivity hack that’s costing you $$$$$$$

Dave Brailsford and the British Cycling Team were obsessed with getting 1% better.

So obsessed they even trained their riders on how to wash their hands properly.

Those tiny 1% improvements compounded over time…

They went from being a laughing stock…

To dominating the sport, by focusing on the small things.

But what I’m about to tell you isn’t a 1% improvement.

It’s more like a 95% improvement.

And it’s simple:

Breathing.

Because breathing is the remote control to your nervous system.

And your nervous system, how you think and feel, controls what you do.

So if you’re stressed, can’t focus, burning out, and spiralling after a bad call…

And you don’t know how to reset your internal state…

That stress carries into the next call.

Then you take it home.

You become more reactive.
More arguments.
You miss more revenue.
You feel more stressed.

And it becomes a downward spiral.

If you have a team, you already know this:

One person’s internal state affects everyone else.

If Tim’s angry because he missed a deal, that negativity spreads through the team like a virus.

Now imagine if you and your employees could all control your internal state on demand.

How much better would the environment be?
How much more money would you all be making?

That’s the power of breathing.

That’s your real “1% improvement”.

PS.

If you run a team and you can feel the pressure leaking into performance, missed deals, reactive communication, stressed staff, inconsistent output.

I’ll come in and run a free workshop that installs a simple breathing + nervous system + mindset protocol your team can use in real time (before calls, after setbacks, in high-pressure moments).

They’ll learn how to regulate fast, think clearly under pressure, and perform at their best no matter whats happening.

I feel like I’m starting all over again…

Stop that immediately.

That’s the biggest mental block that stops you from even starting.

Yes, you may have fallen off your diet plan,

or slipped back into some old habits.

But that’s life. We’re all human.

You’re going to fall down.

But the real question is, how fast can you get back up?

Because staying stuck in

“I can’t believe I’m here again…”

just keeps you down.

Instead, treat it like data.

A professional fighter doesn’t cry about losing.

He watches the replay.

He studies what happened.

He finds the issue.

And he fixes it.

That’s how you should approach your life.

Like a professional.

Study yourself.

Why did I do that?

What was happening in my life that made me slip?

What can I change so this doesn’t catch me again?

If you feel like you’re back at the bottom of the mountain…

Switch your brain right now.

Tell yourself: “I love Day 1.”

Every day is Day 1 to a wise man.

Every morning you wake up with a clean slate.

You get to choose who you are today.

And every action you take either reinforces the new identity…

or chips away at your self-trust.

So ask yourself:

What would my future self do?

PS.

If you’ve fallen off your habits, I totally get it.

That’s why whenever I fall off, I go back to my 14-day psychological detox.

It re-regulates my nervous system…

and helps me get to the real cause of the slip.

Hard things make me stronger.

I’m all for positive thinking, manifestation, and the belief that life can flow easily.

But I also know the male mind.

Anything that comes too easily to a man is a recipe for disaster.

Alcohol. Drugs. Junk food.

They all feel good right now.

But keep choosing them, and your life starts to fall apart.

Next thing you know, you’re on the edge of divorce, your health is failing, and you barely recognize the man in the mirror.

All because you chose the easy path.

And this decline?

It doesn’t happen overnight.

There are signs all the way.

Your soul is trying to tell you.

That dread in the morning. The tight chest. The clenched jaw. The overthinking.

That’s not anxiety

that’s your soul trying to put you back on track.

It just can’t speak English.

Its language is feeling.

So just before you light up or crack open a beer, there’ll be a small voice and a gut feeling saying,

“This isn’t what you should be doing, James.”

Every time you ignore that voice, you lose a little more trust in yourself.

But every time you listen

& turn to face the hard thing instead

Life gets a whole lot easier.

You start training your brain to get your dopamine from long-term gratification.

And like magic, everything levels up: relationships, energy, focus, business, health.

Because you’re in control of the only thing that matters

Your internal state.

Ready to take back control?

The hardest part is starting.

When you’re trying to quit self-sabotaging behaviours

like drugs, alcohol, junk food, scrolling, or even negative thinking

the hardest part is always the first 1–3 days.

Why?

Because your mind, body, nervous system, and emotions are used to getting cheap dopamine on demand whenever life feels hard.

So when you stop giving in, your mind and body are going to throw the kitchen sink at you.

👉Cravings get intense.
👉You react emotionally.
👉Your mind starts going wild.
👉Your body feels uncomfortable.

But if you can just get through this part, it gets a whole lot easier.

I promise.

The key is to stop chasing short term pleasure & focus on long term rewards.

Start falling in love with delayed gratification.

Start focusing on what you could build over the next few months and years instead of asking yourself,

“How can I feel better right now?”

Because after day 3, things begin to change.

A new pattern starts forming.

Momentum starts building.

And just like a bicycle, you need movement to stay balanced and keep going forward.

Ps. If you’re stuck in self-sabotage loops and you’re ready to take back control…

I’ve got good news.

On April 1st, this will be the first time I’m taking a mixed group through my Internal Control System.

I’m taking just 10 professionals (men & women) through the ICS.

In just 8 weeks, you’ll eliminate your self-sabotaging behaviours, regaining control of your mind, body, and emotional states,

and rebuilding the habits, discipline, and systems that allow you to stay calm and in control no matter what’s happening.

So you can create more time, energy, peace of mind, and freedom in your life.

If you want more information,

Comment “ICS”

& ill send you the details.
