Hi, I'm Athina! 😊 I am a fitness trainer, a physical education teacher, and a certified Pilates Instructor (PMT 200 MP Balatsinos), currently living in Greece! Welcome to my channel! I am a former tennis athlete, and I hold a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training (📍USA, Mercyhurst University), a bachelor's degree in Physical Education (📍Greece, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), and a master's degree in Sports Physiotherapy (📍Cyprus, European University Cyprus). With my experience as an athlete and as an Athletic Trainer/Sports Physiotherapist I am very familiar with the movement of the human body, as well as the way it functions through every movement. Pilates is a type of art that combines movement, breathing, control, flow, accuracy, concentration, and center, which are principles that are included both in tennis and athletic training, and that's what lead me into the art of pilates.
