With a vocal style that seamlessly intertwines rap and singing, SIRUP is Japan’s fastest rising star in the independent music scene. With his roots going back to neo-soul and classic R&B fused with gospel and hip hop influences, his songs range from funky, dance floor-ready styles to soulful crooners, all bound by impeccably refined production.
In 2021, he released his second full album, "cure," and in the same year, "FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '21," he appeared on the main stage GREENSTAGE for the first time, which was unusual for a domestic R & B artist, and showed off his overwhelming performance.
Since the beginning of 2022, he has been active not only in music but also in various fields as one of Japan's leading R & B singers, including joining international pop star "Years & Years" in Remix, announcing collaboration with Irish whisky "JAMESON", and holding his first performance at Nippon Budokan in November 2022.
