I have lost all hope in this shit of a town called Vratsa, Bulgaria - a stray big dog was quite aggressive towards me, showing his ugly teeth and trying to bite me, then another one trying to attack me too, a fucking unidentifiable shit that yells in an unrecognizable speech like an orangutan or monkey all day at the construction scaffold for a stupid insulation of a buidling that is old as shit ... and this lasts for over a month and will last for even more months ... Half the roads and sidewalks are in construction, dust, stones and you name it ... People, if you come to Bulgaria you really risk being bitten severely and attacked by a fucking stray shit dog. Bulgaria is not a EU country. Bulgaria is the shittiest country in whole Europe. And North West Bulgaria and Vratsa town are not worth visiting at all. Have that in mind and don't get fooled by the touristic advertisements and sugarcoated pictures and stuff. Go anywhere else but Bulgaria!
