I HAVE to, and I mean, HAVE to be listening to SOMETHING while I go to sleep. No no, not music.. THOSE FUCKING ASMR AUDIOS 😭 I’m talking shit like “Jax comforts you and helps you sleep” and fucking 1 hour long black-screen videos that play stomach growls (and pretend I’m cuddling Foz while I do so— WHAATT?? 😨) I DON’T EVEN MEAN IT IN A WEIRD WAY EITHER!! The noise just helps me sleep better ig cuz it’s comforting and I can NEVER fall asleep. If it’s just SILENCE my brain will always find a way to hear smth creepy af or just make up a creepy sound at like 3AM, like a bee buzzing in my room since I keep my windows open at night 😭😭 I just can’t help but feel embarrassed about it cuz it’s not really smth you see everyday and it just makes me seem weird ✌️🥹
