I’ve heard “that won’t be easy.”
And honestly… they’re right.

But every time I hear it, I’m reminded why we keep going.
Because what we’re building isn’t supposed to be easy — it’s supposed to be faithful.

And my inner Marine still whispers, “adapt and overcome.”
As long as the Lord gives me breath, I’ll keep showing up for it.

If you’re supposed to be part of this, I’d love to see you this Sunday.

THE PRAYER OF JABEZ

YHWH Ro’i, I come before You now, echoing Jabez's cry in faith and surrender:

“Oh, that You would bless me indeed,”
God of Israel, YHWH Jireh, I kneel before You in total dependence and adoration, postured to receive. I cry out for Your blessing (Hebrew: barak), Your supernatural, unlimited favor and goodness poured out upon me. I surrender to radical trust: whatever You decide to bless me with is best, because Your blessing is the ultimate value in my life. It is Your very nature to bless, and miracles will mark all my days.

“and enlarge my territory,”
Stretch my influence, opportunities, and impact for Your Kingdom alone. Reach more people through me, entrust me with greater responsibility, and multiply eternal fruit, all for Your glory. I was born for more than this! Make abundant the inheritance You have allotted to me, El Shaddai. I surrender fully to the power of the Holy Spirit. He will supply every need, including the very words to speak at the perfect moment.

“that Your hand would be with me,”
I cannot carry the blessing or the enlargement in my own strength. I need Your mighty hand; Your power, guidance, protection, and presence, within me and all around me, every single step. My surrendered need is Your unlimited opportunity! I refuse to limit You with small thinking. Fill me to all the fullness of God. Strengthen me with might through Your Spirit in my inner being, YHWH Shammah, with Your abiding presence.

“and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!”
Deliver me from evil, Lord. Protect me from harm, temptation, and the schemes of the evil one. Guard my heart so I never bring sorrow to You, to myself, or to others. I will walk in freedom and honor. I will confront spiritual attack only when and how You lead; otherwise, I rest in the truth that You are YHWH Nissi, my Banner of victory, the Lord mighty in battle, and the battle belongs to You!

Abba, Father, let me reach the whole world for You. Bring me swiftly to my assigned arenas at Your appointed time. I declare that I have been redeemed for such a time as this! I pray this with bold expectancy. Baruch atah Adonai Eloheinu melech ha-olam! In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

We did a fun little experiment at home with one apple: we cut 2 equal pieces and put each piece in its own jar. Over time, we spoke harsh, negative words to one jar and loving, positive words to the other.

Which jar do you think received the words of love?

Zeal Without Knowledge: Don't Be the Sons of Sceva

“Let anyone who thinks that he stands take heed lest he fall” (1 Corinthians 10:12 ESV).

“Study to show yourself approved to God, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15 ESV).

You’ve woken up. Your eyes are open. Your spirit is stirred. There’s fire in your chest, and suddenly you feel ready to charge into spiritual battle.

Stop.

Listen carefully, because this is exactly where many stumble. Awakening is not authorization. Zeal is not authority. Feeling called is not the same as being sent.

Scripture shows us repeatedly: there is always a preparation period before God releases His servants into the work He has assigned.

GOD ALWAYS TRAINS HIS SERVANTS

Joshua walked with Moses himself. He witnessed miracles. He knew God’s presence firsthand. Yet before Joshua led, God commanded him:

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success” (Joshua 1:8 ESV).

If Joshua needed constant immersion in the Word, you certainly do. Authority is never claimed through enthusiasm. It is earned through obedience, discipline, and saturated truth.

You need to read the entire Bible cover to cover for head knowledge first. Then read it again and again until that knowledge moves from your mind into your heart and becomes revelation: living truth that transforms every choice, every word, and every action.

PREPARATION IS NON-NEGOTIABLE

If you have carried sin (lust, rage, lies, deception), confront it and be delivered. Confess. Repent. Seek prayer and accountability. Let God purify you. Allow His refining fire to strip away pride, selfishness, and hidden motives.

Refinement is uncomfortable. It is testing, pressure, fire. But it is how preparation becomes power. Without it, zeal will destroy you. “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall” (Proverbs 16:18 ESV).

Remember the seven sons of Sceva in Acts 19: they tried to wield authority they weren’t ready for, and they were humiliated. The devil is no amateur; he is a master deceiver. Do not step into the field unarmed. The Word of God is everything: the belt of truth, breastplate of righteousness, shield of faith, helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:10-18). Without it, you are exposed.

KEY PILLARS OF PREPARATION

1. Saturation in Scripture – Know it. Live it. Meditate day and night. Let it become part of your very being.

2. Submission to Authority – Learn under those who are further along. No lone wolves in God’s army.

3. Mastery of Self – Control your eyes, your mouth, your appetites. Discipline precedes dominion.

4. Endurance through Refinement – Hardship is part of training. Let it forge resilience, humility, and trust.

5. Fear of the Lord – Reverence anchors obedience and keeps pride in check. Not many of you should become teachers, my brothers, for you know that we who teach will be judged with greater strictness (James 3:1 ESV).

THE BOTTOM LINE

Preparation is never wasted time. Study. Pray. Fast. Submit. Obey. Refine. Grow. Wait.

God will equip and send you when the time is right. Not a moment sooner. Not a moment later. When you step out, you will not be a novice. You will be ready. Steeled, armed, and unstoppable in His power.

This is not a game. This is spiritual warfare. Prepare well. Stand firm. Move only when God sends.

Closing Prayer / Decree

Heavenly Father, Almighty God, I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, humbled and convicted. I confess that my awakening has stirred zeal in me, but I recognize the danger of rushing ahead without knowledge, without preparation, without Your full authority. Like the sons of Sceva, I refuse to presume upon Your name and end up exposed and defeated. Forgive me for any pride, impatience, or self-reliance. I take heed lest I fall (1 Corinthians 10:12). Pride goes before destruction, and I lay it down now (Proverbs 16:18).

Lord, I submit myself fully to Your training. Teach me to meditate on Your Word day and night, as You commanded Joshua. Let this Book of the Law never depart from my mouth; help me meditate on it so I may obey it fully and walk in prosperity and success in Your eyes (Joshua 1:8). Equip me to study diligently, to show myself approved, rightly handling the word of truth. No shame, no shortcuts (2 Timothy 2:15).

Strip away every impurity. If sin has bound me - lust, anger, deception, fear - deliver me now. Bring Your refining fire to burn out selfishness, hidden motives, and every trace of arrogance. Forge in me a heart of humility, self-control, and endurance through trials. Let hardship produce maturity, resilience, and unshakeable trust in You (James 1:2-4).
I put on Your full armor today in complete surrender:

→ Gird my loins with Your truth.
→ Cover my heart with the breastplate of righteousness.
→ Shod my feet with the readiness of the gospel of peace.
→ Lift high the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart.
→ Helmet my mind with salvation.
→ Arm my hand with the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word.

I will not step into the field unarmed. I will not move until You send me. I wait on You, Lord, patiently and obediently, for Your green light. Not my timing, but Yours. Not my strength, but Yours.

In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare: I am not a novice charging blindly, I am a son in training, being prepared for dominion. The devil will not humiliate me because I will not presume. I submit to authority, master my flesh, endure the forge, and walk in the fear of the Lord. When God sends me, I will go forth steeled, armed, and unstoppable in His power, not mine.

Father, impart to me now the spirit of wisdom, discipline, and holy fire. Fill me afresh with Your Holy Spirit. Let Your Word become revelation in my heart, transforming me from the inside out. Grant me grace to wait, to prepare, to obey. And when the time comes, send me forth as a faithful warrior. All for Your glory, in Jesus' name. Amen and so be it.

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, covered by His precious blood. You are Elohim, the Mighty Creator who spoke the universe into being. You are Adonai, our Sovereign Lord and Master. You are El Shaddai, the Almighty God who is more than enough. You are Yahweh, the eternal I AM who never changes.

Thank You for the truth of Proverbs 26:2: "Like a fluttering sparrow or a darting swallow, an undeserved curse does not come to rest."

Lord, any spoken word, accusation, negativity, or curse aimed at me, my household, or my life that lacks true cause, I place it under Your authority right now. I plead the blood of Jesus over myself, my home, my family, and every part of my life. That blood speaks protection, redemption, and victory over every dark word or scheme.
So I declare: Any baseless curse has no rightful place to land.

Let it be like a fluttering bird that cannot settle on my head, my heart, or anything that belongs to me. It darts and wanders without effect, because there is no cause for it to alight. And just as a bird returns to its nest, let it find its way harmlessly away from us, back to where empty words belong, powerless under Your covering.
Elohim, frustrate every plan of the enemy.

Adonai, fill us with Your peace that surpasses understanding. El Shaddai, let Your blessings and favor rest upon us instead. Yahweh, we exalt You as the One who reigns forever. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

Called to the Secret Place: The Threefold Path of Revelation and Authority

The Lord YHWH is calling forth a remnant, warriors of the heart, refined not by ambition but by intimacy, entrusted not because they seek power, but because they fear Him. “The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant” (Psalm 25:14).

This hour is about covenantal trust.

You have sensed the pull, the holy unrest, the whisper of “more.” That stirring is an invitation.

At the core stands YHWH’s divine summons in Proverbs 22:20–21: “Have not I written to thee excellent things…” The Hebrew word shalishom, from shalash, means to triple or make threefold. It reveals that wisdom is not flat counsel but layered strength, eminent, fortified, and enduring. It carries the weight of rulership, like a princely decree, and the resilience of a threefold cord that is not quickly broken (Ecclesiastes 4:12).

This is more than mere instruction. It is architecture for the heart, reflecting the very nature of God Himself: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Wisdom here is triune in movement, purpose, and power.

This threefold wisdom is prophetically linked to Jeremiah 33:3, where the Lord declares, “Call unto me…” The promise is not only that He answers, but that He reveals “great and mighty things.” The Hebrew phrase gedolot u-betsurot means great and fortified, hidden, inaccessible truths. These are not surface insights. They are strongholds of revelation reserved for those who draw near.

Yet Scripture is clear: revelation is relational. “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard… the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit” (1 Corinthians 2:9–10).

The Holy Spirit is the messenger and the revealer, searching the deep things of God and entrusting them to yielded hearts.

The “excellent sayings” beginning in Proverbs 22:22, extending through the thirty wise instructions, the sheloshim, form a practical arsenal for those who would steward such revelation. They align the whole person, moving through the same sacred progression as the tabernacle itself:

→ The Outer Court: visible obedience and justice
→ The Holy Place: inner illumination and discernment
→ The Most Holy Place: direct communion with YHWH

“Rob not the poor…” (22:22–23) purifies our outward actions, aligning us with God’s heart for justice and compassion. Avoiding anger, honoring boundaries, and stewarding commitments wisely (22:24–28) guards the conscience from compromise. Diligence and skill (22:29), humility and restraint (23:1–11), and the rejection of envy refine the mind for illumination.

All of this culminates in the fear of YHWH, the beginning and sustaining source of wisdom (Proverbs 1:7; 9:10). This is where surrender becomes access. And here is the mystery fulfilled: the veil is torn.

Through Jesus Christ, the true High Priest, we now enter boldly. Hebrews 10 declares that the way is open, but it also names the condition, “a true heart, in full assurance of faith.” The blood has consecrated the path, yet the heart must still be yielded, cleansed, and responsive.

This is the threefold way:
1. Christ dwelling in our hearts by faith (Ephesians 3:17)
2. The Spirit guiding us into all truth (John 16:13)
3. The Father revealing His secrets to those who fear Him

These excellent sayings are chisels in the hands of the Potter, carefully and sovereignly forming the clay of our hearts. With each stroke of divine wisdom, they chip away pride, fear, compromise, and self-reliance, removing what hinders so the true form Christ intends can emerge: a vessel fit for the Master’s use, prepared for bold entrance into the secret place and equipped to carry revelation and authority in this hour.

Our obedience births boldness and intimacy with our Father births authority. As Isaiah prophesied of the Messiah, “He wakeneth morning by morning, he wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned” (Isaiah 50:4). Revelation flows from attentiveness. Authority flows from listening.

In an hour of global shaking, nations trembling and institutions searching for unshakeable counsel, the prepared ones are being summoned into the Holiest. Not to escape the world, but to receive fortified revelation that reshapes destinies and serves others with truth spoken in season.

The charge is simple, but holy: “Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only” (James 1:22).

Apply these keys layer by layer:
→ Meditate on Scripture daily to renew the mind
→ Obey the voice of the Father to align the will
→ Yield to conviction to purify the spirit

Call upon Him as Jeremiah 33:3 commands, expectant and persistent, and watch hidden strategies unfold for your assignment: leading souls to Christ, healing hearts, and raising warriors formed in His presence.

Whether in quiet places or before kings, the Holy Spirit leads the ready-hearted into fullness.

Abba, Father, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, YHWH Rapha, our Healer, and El Shaddai, our All-Sufficient One, we come boldly to Your throne by the blood of Jesus Christ. We thank You for tearing the veil and opening the way. We thank You for awakening hearts in this hour, for stirring hunger, refining desire, and preparing a remnant who fears Your name.

In the name of Jesus, we decree that every heart reading or hearing this word is aligned, outer actions purified, inner motives illuminated, and spirits yielded fully to You. We decree that every fresh stirring and revelation is held in patient trust, tested against Your written Word, and submitted to Your perfect timing before any action is taken. We declare clean consciences, sharpened discernment, and ears awakened morning by morning to hear Your voice.

Holy Spirit, impart now the grace to steward revelation with humility. Grant the spirit of wisdom and understanding (Isaiah 11:2), that no one would lean on their own understanding but wait upon You for clear direction and mature application of Your truth. Search the deep things of God and entrust them to these vessels, not for self-exaltation, but for covenantal obedience and kingdom impact.

We decree boldness to enter the Holiest, clarity to answer with words of truth, and courage to obey even when the cost is high; yet always with the prudence and counsel that comes from fearing You and seeking godly wisdom first (Proverbs 15:22; James 1:5). Release hidden strategies, fortified wisdom, and divine timing.

Raise up warriors of the heart, gentle in spirit and fearless in faith, anchored in Christ, led by the Spirit, and entrusted with the secrets of the Lord.

Let lives be healed, chains broken, nations influenced, and Jesus Christ glorified in all things.

We receive this impartation by faith. We seal it by the blood of the Lamb. We declare it established by the authority of heaven. In the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amen and Amen.
