My Zepbound journey began today. My insurance sucks, as even though I have 6 conditions that would benefit from weight loss, they denied the request for coverage. Soooo, out-of-pocket to start this very expensive journey. I have created a playlist specifically for this journey. Please follow me along the path.

I know everyone says that once you stop, all the weight comes back. However, I intend to use this six months to acclimate my system back toward Intermittent Fasting at the turn of the new year (although I will likely have to do a form of dirty fasting due to blood sugar).

I don't believe in scales so don't expect a weight count. However, I will be taking measurements each week on shot day.
