Neon Cathedral Music
Neon Cathedral is an absurdist, comedic musical project I started, which is a kind of storytelling medium for a collective of characters. Led by enigmatic front man Saint Boogie, it explores what happens when people of many different musical backgrounds encounter a mysterious disco church.
The mirrorball-headed, pompadour-sporting, Saint Boogie is a lover of many types of music. He invites any musical style to integrate and reinvent itself through the filter of disco.

🎙️🎙️🎙️🎙️ Saint Boogie Announces Brighton McLeish As The Newest Member of Neon Cathedral Music 🎙️🎙️🎙️🎙️
Brighton McLeish, a former youth pastor and musician for internationally renowned worship band “GodSound”, was at the top of his game. He performed every week with GodSound at one of the largest megachurches in the country. He also toured with them around the world.
Then shortly after 2016, the church went full-on MAGA. American flags popped up all over the church and the sanctuary began to look more like an unholy blend of far right political rally and Fox News studio.
Long story short, he left that church and his position in GodSound. He deconstructed his faith, became an exvangelical, reconstructed his faith, and ended up a slightly left of center low church Episcopalian.
However, he continued to work in the musical stylings of praise and worship, gospel, CCM, and similar genres, despite the lyrical content being completely different.
He still submits his music to CCM radio and all the other outlets that play GodSound, but they won’t play his new stuff. He recently discovered the Neon Cathedral and their eccentric, but loving community of disco rockers. They’ve welcomed Brighton and his music with open arms, and count him one of their own.
His debut Single will be incoming very soon, followed by an EP shortly thereafter. 💿 It will be released on NCM’s own Mosaic Records label, under the NCM banner.
(If you’ve caught Saint Boogie in any Twitch or YouTube shows playing NCM tunes, you may have heard Brighton’s ‘Sin Disease’ track previewed ahead of release. Saint Boogie loved the song so much he even did a remix with Lizzy Hendrix simply titled ‘SDZ’.)
