Our future Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, is an “anti-landlord” hypocrite.

He has built his brand on being against landlords.
Rent controls. New levies. Councils seizing properties. Ending right to buy on new builds.

But as always the people who make the rules are often the ones who own property themselves.

Andy Burnham is a landlord himself.

He owns an ex-council flat in Kennington, London.
He has held it for over 20 years.
It is now worth around £480,000, about double what he paid in 2005.

And how was a big chunk of this funded and upgraded?
Not from his own pocket.
From yours.

As an MP, he claimed mortgage interest on expenses.
So taxpayers helped cover the cost of holding that asset as it went up in value.

Not only that.

He also claimed on his MP expenses to refurbish the property.

All paid for with public money.

Today, that same property is a rental.
He is now a landlord, benefiting from:

An ex-council property
Capital growth in London
Refurbishment funded by taxpayers
While at the same time pushing policies that hammer other landlords.

See, when people like Andy introduce “anti-landlord”, it’s usually to push out the little guys and benefit those in power who own property.

My take?

Property will always be profitable if you can understand the legal loopholes designed by the people at the top to help themselves win.

I have been playing by the same rules of the rich and powerful for years, hence why I’ve become so success in property investing.

I’ve decided I want to share some of these secret property loopholes used by the rich.

Every Sunday, I give an open invitation to 2,000+ Academy members to come to Church.

We partner with churches across the UK to run “Sunday Church and Boxing”, creating a space to build faith, community, and physical health together.

Why do I do this?

Because I believe success is not just about your business and finance. Building your faith, looking after your health, and surrounding yourself with the right people matters too.

Later today, I’ll be releasing one of the biggest documentaries I’ve ever shared, showing some of the work we’ve been doing with churches across the UK.

This is how I’m buying 27 glamping pods for £0.

I recently bought a countryside hotel that came with extra land included.

That land already has planning permission for 27 glamping pods.

The problem? The pods I want cost tens of thousands each.

So instead of sinking loads of cash in upfront, we’re proving the concept first.

We’ve opened the land up for campers with tents and campervans.

Then we’ll use the money from that to buy the first glamping pod.

Then the extra revenue from that pod helps fund the next.

Then the next.

And the next.

Slowly snowballing cash flow to build all 27 without overdeploying capital before the model is proven.

I just bought my own farm 🐓🌾

It’s in the middle of nowhere within the English countryside. Being completely self sufficient is a must before 2030.

I do not trust the government, but I do trust Gods green earth.

I’d highly recommend having a plan B, which involves home schooling your children, being completely self reliant of home grown natural food, having a borehole to drill your own water and having a generator for your own energy.

This has been my plan all along, but now it’s time to build the Samuel Leeds Farm.

There is only so much I can say publicly, but if you want to prepare like I have done for my family,

Use this link to access blueprint to do the same, with very little money.

I donated one of my houses to the homeless.

There is only one catch … if they don’t do my training they get evicted.

If they do the training, they get 28 days of mentoring to rebuild their life, and free food and accommodation.

These two gentlemen have been homeless a long time. Stayed at my house. Now have both found long term accommodation and job interviews.

This is not government funded, it’s all paid from the profits of my other houses.

I’ve partnered with Bethel Lighthouse Church who are overseeing everything and a dream to partner with.

My mission is to get veterans off the streets, help rebuild the lives of the broken, and ultimately end forced homelessness in Great Britain forever.

We don’t need to wait for the government, we need the entrepreneurs to step in 👊🏼

Keir Starmer will step down very soon.

The United Kingdom will never forget how much damage it does when we have weak puppets in charge, rather than real leaders.

Britain will become Great again. And my great I mean; a good place for business, a good place for safety, a good place to raise a family, and a good place to live 🇬🇧

Here is my vision:

Schools teach financial literacy, and healthy competition. Children are not indoctrinated to be obedient employees.

Healthy debate is encouraged, not silenced.

Police spend their time arresting real criminal (murder, rape and theft) rather than wasting time being petty.

The media report honestly, and the BBC is defunded once and for all.

Christianity is not mocked, and churches are restored.

Marriage is for life last, the family unit is celebrated and men can lead their households without being called toxic.

Entrepreneurs are championed and celebrated.

Taxes are reasonable and business is not overly regulated to stop the little guys.

Have I missed anything from the list?

One of my workers posted an anti-landlord, Green Party statement on his Facebook… so I kicked him out of his house.

Before you feel sorry for him, let me say this: for the last two years, I've let him live rent-free in one of my houses as a perk, because I'm a really nice boss.

However, he recently said, “Shouldn’t be allowed to have more than one home anyway. Vote green.”

I'm sorry, mate, but you work for me, and I'm a landlord with over 100 homes in the UK.

You wouldn't be living in that house rent-free unless I owned lots of homes.

So I've served him his notice. He has to leave.

Also, it's a commercial lease, so he has zero rights.

But because I'm such a nice person, I have let him stay temporarily in one of my caravans while he gets back on his feet.

The UK is being sold off piece by piece and it's making you poorer.

25% of a Covent Garden estate was sold for 570 million to Norway's sovereign wealth fund.

That same fund also bought a £306M stake of Mayfair Property.

Qatar investors own £1B pounds worth of property in Mayfair alone.

And there's a single German billionaire who controls around £2B worth of central London property.

In some recent quarters, around 27% of London homes sold were bought by foreign overseas investors.

The media will make you believe that it's immigrants making you poor by coming in and taking your jobs, but actually it's completely not the case.

Is the billions being poured into UK real estate by a very select elite few.

Why are these people buying so aggressively in the UK, such a small island?

It's because with the Renters Rights Act, UK property is for sale right now.

But most British investors don't seem to see this.

I believe this is the very last buying cycle where everyday investors can invest in property.

So get in now before it's too late.

I’m running a workshop (free) on how to buy in using other people’s money before it’s too late.

Rule #1 of being an entrepreneur.

We do not wait around for anyone else to come and help us.

Nobody is coming to save you.

Not the Government.
Not your boss.
Not the economy.

Your future changes the moment you take responsibility for it.

Broke people wait for someone else to fix their situation
Rich people say f**k it, I’ve just gotta help myself.

Tonight I'm giving you that opportunity. I'm running a free property workshop where I'll share some of my best secrets.
