Relatives, now that you place value on people depending on whether they married or have children, and as it is, you have the whole package, why can't you concentrate with your life, why don't you seem contented? Why bother those who don't have your package?

If truly our worth, success, value is on marriage and children, why are you not at peace? I thought you should be busy enjoying your 'value'

💢 Sometimes progress doesn't look like it

‼️‼️While we pursue our dreams, our goals and success in life, progress is going to look messy and confusing. The people around you will make it even more difficult by despising you, judging you and misunderstanding you.

✅To those who believe in 'process' rather than quick unearned results, this is for you.

✅To those who believe in lasting results rather than microwaved, compromised success, this is for you.

📌 You are going to walk alone most times, simply because no one else will understand your vision and as a result you will find yourself in solitude.

💯 Solitude is a plus if you look at it from the lens of growth and purpose.

🔥🔥 In solitude, you will be forced to look within and find you! That's where many destinies are forged. You will come out blazing with truth, courage, wisdom and supernatural ability that you didn't have before.

💥 This is because, God will help you stay focused to what matters. You will realize how you were concerned about things that didn't matter and which caused you to be distracted all along.

💥Find rest when doors keep closing on your face.

✔️You are actively seeking for new job/business opportunities. You have attended several interviews /meetings but you seem not to be breaking through.

‼️You begin doubting your resume, your cover letter, your qualifications and a voice whispers "you are not enough" "you are not that good" and you begin imagining that there is something wrong with you.

💯I came to confirm to you that what you are going through is common to everyone on earth. There are seasons when nothing seems to work, but that doesn't mean that you are to blame.

‼️You need to extend some grace on yourself and allow God to do his work. I promise you that if you will wait patiently, God will open one door that will wipe all your tears. That's when you will realize that you never deserved the closed doors you wanted so bad. You will realize that you were worth more than what was earlier presented.

💢 Narcissistic bosses and workmates

💥You genuinely require time away from office, you have an emergency, you are a diligent worker, you give your all, you have enough leave days, but then your boss can't approve the two, three or a week leave request out of malice.

🔥You are a diligent lady, you are a mother, you woke up and your nanny is no longer reliable, and you are forced to let her go without notice. You call/text your boss immediately and inform him/her of your dilemma, that you have no one to leave the child with, but then you receive a cold response or even worse, your call/ text is ignored.

🛑On the other hand, your workmates move in swiftly to gang up against you in your absence with the same boss. On reporting back to work, you find disturbing energy,  no one wants to talk to you, every single fault they looked for about your work while you were away, suddenly becomes amplified.

‼️‼️You are from handling a personal crisis, not like a holiday time off. You wonder why you have to be subjected through more hell in the office. But then, what you don't realize is that, these narcissistic characters never rest until they cause pain to others.

🔥You are not alone, they are all over, the power that you have is to protect your peace at all costs , put up boundaries in your interactions with the workmates. Know what to share and what not to.

💥As for the boss, make sure you go over and above in performance of your duties. Maintain your respect for authority no matter how bad his/her leadership is. That way, he/she will have a hard time fault finding what they could use against you. Do your part, and leave the rest to God, he got you covered, if you believe!

🔥How many of us desire to be confident? Courageous?

💢True confidence does not come from coaching or theory or training. Confidence is what you are rewarded with for choosing to walk in the right values, embracing right from wrong and observing the laws set by God.

‼️‼️Don't be lied to by the '5 day master class on mastering confidence'
You will attend those classes but you will still be required to live the value system on a daily basis to see any results.

✅For the believers, the scriptures tell us that the wicked are always running even when no one is after them. Do you see that? The wrongs you commit will negatively affect your confidence, and you will always be shaken and never at ease.

💥On the other side, if you do what is right, being kind, being honest, being just, and serving humanity in the best way possible, you will automatically be rewarded with confidence that is out of this world.

👉In our corporate world today, mental health is underrated, but the truth is, we can only produce sustainable results at work and at home if we are stable mentally.

💥I am a HR Consultant, and I have prior working experience in various HR departments and one thing that was a concern for me was the employee's well being.

✔️It's because of this huge burden to see people overcome life's challenges and become whom they were created to be, that led me into life and career coaching.

😭😭Many people are battling toxic partners, and these toxic partners are our, colleagues and bosses at the workplace. That means if you come across a person that is toxic at home, they'll definitely be toxic at work and they'll cause alot of havoc in our lives.

‼️‼️ I remember the time when I went back to work after 5months  maternity leave and due to stress at home and at the workplace, my milk dried up and that's how I was unable to breastfeed my son from that time.

💥Such is life, and even though we don't choose to be in certain circumstances, I have chosen to speak up about it. Maybe, just maybe, I can be able to help someone rise above toxicity, maybe a toxic person can decide to change and become a better person by reading my posts.

‼️IMy all time agenda remains to inspire, Influence and impact beyond the HR mundane tasks. I know how powerful and impactful we can become if we rise above challenges and become the best version of ourselves.

❌ Do not allow toxic people to make you lose yourself, to the point you fail to achieve your goals and dreams. I did it and you can do it!
