Bethesda game connoisseur, R.P.G. nerd, racing sim belligerent amateur, and backyard musician who is out here trying to specialize in Starfield/Fallout/Elder Scrolls content.
Welp, we have confirmed confirmation of confirmage! Filming for a new series within Starfield AND Stalker Anomaly have began! Let me just say, I've had a lot of time to sit on these ideas and let them blossom. These are going to be BANGERS.
Stay tuned! Give an old man whos rusty at editing a week or 2 to get familiar with everything again. Then, the consistent trickle of content begins again!
The past year has been a Rollercoaster and because of this the channel has got put on the back burner. Life aside, a huge factor to this has simply been the lack of solid plan on to where to take the content. With Starfield and Stalker 2's updates far and few between and interest in a fallout 4 settlement series being unclear, ive decided to step away.
This changes now thanks to Starfields move to PS5, growing the base with newcomers, as well as a plethora of new updates coming April 7th. Theres no better time then now to reintroduce my massive manufacturing hub back to the channel, adding xtech to the list of material, as well as finally bring the from scratch outpost series to the channel.
Moving forward with the Stalker series isnt easy. The roadmap for S2 seemingly has disappeared and updates are nowhere to be found. The goal moving forward is to cover the various mods for the game as well as plan quirky handicapped challenge runs within anomaly/GAMMA.
I appreciate each and everyone of you who's stuck around for the past 10 months without anything in return. I also thank every one of you for getting me to 1000 subscribers. The plan is consistency. Stop dwelling on what work, what doesnt work, and overthinking ideas. That doesnt mean slopsville 2026 is inbound. It means there will be a consistent drip feed of content (goal is 2 videos a month with the possibility of a 3rd).
Please keep an eye our for polls within the community tab. As its always been from the beginning, I want this channel and community to be incredibly interactive. I may do weekly streams every Sunday morning where I play a game with the community (something outside of the normal content on the channel like arc raiders).
Thanks for your time. If you read all of thos, please drop a comment and or suggestions.
New house, new studio, new computer rig, new setup. New series's.
Fallout 4: Rebuilding the commonwealth (a settlement building series)
Starfield: Creating a manufacturing empire (a settlement building series)
Stalker: Zero to Hero (military anomaly run)
All in the works, all coming very soon.
Life happens and sometimes hobbies get put to the backseat. I had to spend the last 6 months tending to my health and well being, as well make a lot of new moves in my life. That out of the way, it's GO TIME!
Thanks for everyones patience! I've got my new PC up and running! Still using ol trusty red (6800xt graphics card), but I've now swapped over to AM5 from AM4 (9700X CPU).
Seeing a good bump in FPS as well as a pretty big bump in productivity (exporting and editing timeline smoothness).
Still, really wish I didn't have to drop damn near $600 because I'm an idiot and broke my 5800x's pins. Sure, I could have just picked up another 5800x for $150 but figured F it, let's invest in the rig..
Back on schedule now with a NEW video coming this weekend! Also, with the new rigs horsepower, I can now stream at 1440p 60fps (before my videos were 1440p 60fps but streams were 1080p). Looking to get a 4k monitor down the line and start producing videos in 4k, but it'll take some time!
Thanks! See you soon!
P.S. Might drop a video this week giving me transparent thoughts on the gaming industry and a major problem that I think all of us content creators are facing right now stemming from it.
Been without a computer the last 2.5 weeks. Went to pull my CPU cooler off for an annual re-thermal paste and computer deep clean, and in doing so the CPU stuck to the cooler and physically ripped out of the socket bending 2 full rows of pins as well as breaking 3 pins.
Lesson learned, apparently you need to warm the cpu up to loosen the paste before pulling the cooler.
That being said, I've decided to do a full platform swap from AM4 to AM5. I'm hoping the parts show up within the next few days. Wasn't a cheap mistake and I'm far from moneybags so it took a couple paychecks to get a new CPU, cooler, motherboard, and RAM. Please bare with me as I've got my fingers crossed that I'll be back this weekend! No data was lost as all my drives are fine and will be transfered onto the new motherboard.
Got caught up this weekend with the seasonal flu, so I've been relatively down for the count the last 4 days. With that, I'm pushing back the debut of the new Starfield outpost build series. There's a lot that has to go into the first episode (scouting systems, planets, and figuring out the quickest way to obtaining some of the skills I'll need). I don't want to release something half ass.
SO, with that being said. I'm editing the continuation if "Starfield as an NPC" so look for episode 3 in the next few days!
Deviation in plans... Warfare mode keeps crashing for me! I can play through story with 0 issues. I'm running 37 mods on top of the base mod Anomaly and every mode other than Warfare mode runs without any issues. I've been trying to nail down exactly whats causing it and from what I can see it has to do with zone population. I decreased it to .5 which has made it go longer without crashes, however it still crashes when it gets busy (during a raid of a major base).
I'm working on a "Top features/Fixes that NEED to make it into Stalker 2" which will be out later this evening or tomorrow morning.
In the meantime I'm going to continue playing around with warfare mode and see if I can work around the crashes in order to create a solid series. I'm also deviating from Bandit and doing a Military run because damn is it fun!
2 STALKER video's this weekend! - State of Stalker 2 post patch 1.3 (FRIDAY) - STALKER Anomaly Bandit Warfare run part 1 (SUNDAY)
Next weekend - STARFIELD The start of the new outpost build series where I recreate my WORLD FAMOUS, lmfao, every resource to one planet, outpost network from scratch.
