Dr. Ashit Sheth, M.D., D.P.M.
Retired Honorary Professor of Psychiatry, G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai

After more than five decades in psychiatry, across clinical practice, teaching, research, hypnotherapy, and public education, I created this channel to share the knowledge, experiences, and insights gathered through a lifetime of understanding people, emotions, behaviour, and the human mind.

These documentaries give that journey a voice. Each one brings together science, personal observation, lived experience, and reflection, woven into stories that educate, inspire, and open deeper conversations about what it means to be human.

My hope is simple: to make meaningful knowledge more accessible, thoughtful, and human, for anyone who wishes to understand themselves and others better.
