Final Update on YUNI ❤️
I have received the final update from Biyaya Animal Care.@teambiyayaph
Yuni has been diagnosed with a condition affecting her upper spine called *atlantoaxial fusion*, which is the cause of her paralysis. She is currently stable and receiving proper treatment from their medical team.
The most important thing is that she is no longer suffering alone.
She is now in a 24/7 medical environment, being cared for, monitored, and supported.
Yuni is still full of life. She eats, drinks, and can still feel her limbs. This is very important, as it means her body is still communicating and gives her a real chance at improvement over time.
Because of this, there is genuine hope for her recovery in some form.
Whether that means regaining some movement or learning to adapt with support, she now has the opportunity to improve and live a meaningful life.
From this point forward, she is fully in their care. While we will not be receiving further updates, we trust their team to continue doing what is best for her.
This was not an easy decision, but it was the right one for Yuni.
No matter what happens next, she now has comfort, safety, and a real chance not just to survive, but to improve.
Thank you to everyone who supported this and helped make it possible.
-Stefano

UPDATE: Yuni was able to receive emergency care yesterday at Biyaya Animal Care.@teambiyayaph
They performed bloodwork, X rays, and all necessary tests to properly assess her paralysis. They are also treating her sores and making sure she is comfortable.
They will be providing a full diagnosis soon, and from there, we will continue to hope for the best. We will not be updated after that point, as they have taken ownership of Yuni for her full recovery.
Ultimately, Yuni had to be surrendered in order to truly save her life long term. Her family loves her deeply, but they were not in a position to provide the level of care she needs moving forward. This was an incredibly difficult decision, but it was the right one for Yuni.
The good news is that Yuni is still full of life and Biyaya Animal Care does not give up on animals like her.
The funds raised will go toward her treatment, recovery, comfort, and hopefully one day helping her walk again in some form. Any improvement is a win.
I want to sincerely thank everyone who donated and shared. Although the fundraiser had just begun, an incredibly kind person, @KevinBallenger stepped in and helped us reach the goal quickly with a donation of $1,870.
God bless you Kevin and thank you to everyone who showed support.
I will continue to share any final update here and on the GoFundMe page.
Thank you all again.
Stefano

Please help save Yuni from possibly being put down: gofund.me/367e58f8d
UPDATE: Yuni had to be taken to an emergency animal hospital. She could not wait any longer for care. My friend is now dealing with the cost out of pocket before the GoFundMe reached its goal and they simply cannot afford it.
Yuni can no longer walk and can only lie on her side. She has lost control of her bladder and needs to wear diapers. Because she is unable to move, she is also developing sores on her body from prolonged pressure.
I will be making a video soon about this for a one last effort to get support.
Thank you
Stefano

This ODST armor is so much cleaner than my first one I did many years ago. I’m very proud of the progress so far.

Currently working on the ODST Boot covers.
I noticed some people opt out of doing these.
I recommend doing them, because the overall look is more proportionate. Also…Guess the movie on the screen:

Lots of ODST parts built. What’s left? The Shins, Boot covers, Backpack, some thigh/shin pouches and some other small details.
I should have that all done by this weekend.
