I'm not always in the best shape, every now and then I like to switch it up... I eat more and do less cardio. Balance is key!
I'm starting to restrict my calorie intake a bit more.
Currently consuming about 2200 calories a day.
Burning 3000-3500 daily.
Aiming for at least a 1000-calorie deficit each day.
