Ok I couldn't go another week without sharing this INCREDIBLE tune, homegrown and from these African lands that I have called home for 25 years!

Africa is HEART. Africa is the beginning. AFRICA is where we all started and 'began.'

When I stepped onto this land 25 years ago, I was living in the UK and was invited to Zimbabwe with friends who came out every year. We were collected from the airport by the son of the couple we were staying with....5 days later the son asked me to marry him and I said yes!

Less than a year later I gave birth to my son Bevan and five years later my daughter Ava was born......clearly there's something in the air when you come to Africa! And also this is a story of hope and fate. Your path is set in the stars before you came so your only job is TRUST! Spirit has got you!

Zimbabwe is a VERY spiritually powerful place that gifted me a rebirth like I never imagined. Writhing in drug addiction and nervous breakdowns, I literally traveled to Zimbabwe to heal and change the rhythm of my life which was full of pain and depression at the ripe old age of 23 years old. I was still a baby and yet I was broken! Africa knew that, Zimbabwe knew my spirit and welcomed me home to TRULY heal and wake up!

I wanted to share this poem that I wrote over the Scorpio Moon and Beltane. It was such a powerful experience writing this as I was deeply emotional as I let go of pretty much everything!

My emotions are in the words, the woven fabric of this poem can serve as a prayer in any ritual. Your words have power!!!

PRAYER AT THE WELL 🌀

I speak my promise
On this sacred day

I honour Great Spirit
And the demons we’ve slayed

I call on the strength
The powers of the Divine

Release the chains of bondage
Release me of my mind

On this Scorpio Full Moon
On the festival of Beltane

I relinquish all my fear
Madness suddenly morphs to sane

The Mothers they guide me
To my Home where I belong

Sitting quietly by the Well
With loved ones, laughter and song

Into the Well I pour,
My offerings and my prayers

A moment of the wild women
I let go of worries and cares

The spell has now been broken
Radical release from timelines past

My power now suddenly returns to me
Abundance spells are cast!

For this is now MY time
To receive ALL that was meant

Joy, laughter, love and truth
Receiving what Heaven sent

The ‘truth’ is - it was always there

“Refrain from getting stuck on one’s past.

There is always a tendency to travel back to ancient timelines where one was adept with the occult mysteries. This is where One was most powerful and comfortable with their gifts. However, all things eventually fall from grace and must die. These are the death and rebirth cycles of the time which must be anchored and aligned with, not resisted or clung to.

Your mission as a Master is to gain mastery over your current timeline. How does one bring forth gifts and abilities from lifetimes past to embody them in this now moment?

What does that look like to you?

When one reaches into the past you become fragmented, this is separation not wholeness as you are leaving your current timeline to live there.

Master is union, mastery over the human experience to be LIVING fully in the physical vessel, anchored, grounded, whole and fully present in your current life. EMBODIED!

Free from fragmentation, there must be complete commitment and presence to be taking up space and occupying your physical timeline and body in its fullness. This is union.

My absolute love is writing as well as talking! 😆 I am passionate about teaching, studying, channeling and just generally GROWING!

This is AVALON month and I am taking opportunity to share with you my love for the God/dess through the lens of Avalon. I KNOW you will connect the dots in your own spiritual council.

Avalon opened up sacred convo with a powerful Celtic Goddess called Cerridwen who is the Goddess of the Moon but also a powerful alchemist in her own right! She is a witch and a Crone which basically means that she's an Elder Wisdom Keeper.

Her Ascended Mastery is...........

Keeper of the Cauldron
Goddess of Awen which is divine inspiration
Mother of cycles and death - transformation - rebirth.

Mother Cerridwen is the Goddess that will assist you in massive changes which is what we are all experiencing now!

Her story I am going to share (Gospel of Marie), cause I'm about to give you the short story Marie vibes.....

Cerridwen had a very ugly child and she was like hmmmmm this guy got no game and will struggle with looking like the back end of a bus!! I need to help him.....

So She got to work. She was and is a very powerful witch and alchemist. Cerridwen was like, I'm gonna whip up a magical brew which is gonna take a year and a day to make but man it'll be worth it. The plan was that her son was going to drink this brew and become a fine ass looking human!

She needed help. So she employed the help of an old man to tend the fire and a young boy called Gwyon to constantly stir the brew. They were not to fall asleep on the job otherwise the magical brew would be ruined.

Ok so let's keep it real, a year and a day to make a brew??? That's a long time. All must be vigilant, the fire must be tended, not too hot and no slacking on stirring the cauldron.

One day Cerridwen was having a little ziz (sleep) on her off shift. Gwyon (the village boy), was stirring and some of the brew splashed out onto his hand, three drops to be specific.

He licked it! Gwyon now was the one who had drunk the brew and ingested its magick. As this happened Cerrdiwen woke up, saw this, lost her shit and went mad!

The cauldron spilled all over the floor and then she chased him!! Angered and raging that after all that, this random from the village got the medicine instead of her pug ugly son!!

This is where the story gets a little strange but has wisdom and myth in it, stay with me!

When she takes chase......

He turns into a hare - she becomes a hound
He turns into a fish - she becomes an otter
He turns into a bird - she becomes a hawk
He becomes a grain of wheat.....she becomes a hawk and chows (eats) him!

And then....even more weird lol, she gives birth to him as TALIESIN who historically is a very famous Bard. His story takes on another direction but for now lets stay here.

Ok so what in God green earth is the meaning of this story......

It's about transformation (alchemy)........
Through each cycle you experience, you change form and there is rebirth.

There are very necessary changes that one must go through to transform and become.

The three drops are important too. Cerridwen is the Keeper of Awen. Awen is a consciousness which embodies the three energies (much like Heka!).

Awen - only three drops contain wisdom which is.......

Knowledge | wisdom | inspiration......

This can also cross polinate in so many direction like.....

Body, mind and spirit.....
Intention + action = creation (alchemy/Heka)
The three realms .......I could go on but I think you get the idea........

There is SO much more medicine I could share here but won't. Because Avalon and all its magic and mystery cannot be learnt or studied. Avalon is a frequency. ALL the teachings of this sacred place is to be re-membered and unlocked in a way that is SO unique to you! You EMBODY Avalon. That's it.

I have shared the symbol of Awen below which encompasses the 3 rays and when you start to deep dive into your Druid, Bard and Pagan self......oh my......how all the light bulbs start to come on!!

I know to be true why? Cause I have walked with Cerridwen and deep dived into her cauldron! I invite you to do the same......
