i kinda stopped doing tier lists because...it's very difficult to choose what to base it off of. meta is so different.
pro play?
eternity/oaa?
celestial + ?
metal ranks?
quick play?

Last time i did a tier list i raised peni and moon knight them in that season not being used at all above celestial, but because i was trying to consider that they are some of the highest banned heroes in low elo.

we are in stage 3 of progression for the gacha in rivals. first was solo legendaries, then duo package gacha so u cant just buy 1 u gotta gamble for 2.
Now we have gacha for normal epic skins.
They are a company at the end of the day, we are seeing early signs of how it may get way worse.
