I am not sure if we will be able to get a video of this job (being on site at a customer's shop) but I could at least get some pictures. This is a pin stitching repair on a cracked cast iron transmission case. We are able to perform this in place without further disassembly of the machine, as opposed to brazing.
We have a batch of tooling in progress currently and will be beginning to offer stitching tool kits in the coming months.

Well it seems 100% of YouTube viewers want to see a shop tour for our 10,000th subscriber special when the time comes.
We will make it happen.
On the subject of the future of the channel I want to seek input on categories of content people would like to see going forward. I do intend to show off our customer projects as much as possible, it can just be a challenge as the majority are either rush jobs or covered by NDAs and can't be shared or discussed.
I hope some of these ideas are of interest and as always please suggest anything else I overlook.

Unfortunately did not have time to video this job. Hardbar out of a Caterpillar dozer in and out on short notice. Rebuilt to as new including cutting of internal snap rings with an automatic boring and facing head. I will be sure to video this process as soon as the opportunity presents itself.
And yes I am aware the before and after pictures are from different sides of the part. This job was enough of a rush that taking ANY pictures was an afterthought.
