Guys it’s June!
That’s men’s mental health awareness month for those unaware.
So remember to tell your bf/husband/father/brother you love them, and ask them if they’re doing alright.
80% of suicides are men, and there are 121 suicides per day, that means 2,904 men will kill themself this month alone.
Don’t let it be a love one, let them open up to you, show them you love them.
