गर्मी की छुट्टी में फ़ौजदारी न्यायालय भी हो बंद

मीरजापुर सिविल कोर्ट में वकालत करने वाले अधिवक्ता अमित जायसवाल पूर्व सदस्य प्रत्याशी बार काउंसिल ऑफ़ उत्तर प्रदेश ने माननीय उच्च नयायालय को पत्र के माध्यम से अवगत कराया कि गर्मी की छुट्टी में फ़ौजदारी न्यायालय भी एक सप्ताह के लिए बंद होना चाहिए जिससे वर्ष भर लगातार काम करने वाले अधिवक्ता अपने परिवार के साथ कही आ जा सके अधिवक्ता अमित जायसवाल ने कहा कि वह पूर्व में में भी इस बात को उठा चुके हैँ कि एक अधिवक्ता को व्यस्त जीवन में प्रतिदिन काम करने से उनके जीवन में तनाव आदि की समस्या आती हैँ यदि एक सप्ताह की छुट्टी दी जाय तो अधिवक्ता पुनः नयी ऊर्जा के साथ वकालत कर सकेगा, न्यायालय के सभी अधिकारी व कर्मचारीयों आदि को छुट्टी मिलती हैँ पर एक अधिवक्ता ही हैँ जो प्रतिदिन वकालत करने को विवश है, अधिवक्ता की इस समस्या पर माननीय उच्च न्यायालय का ध्यान दिया जाना अति आवश्यक हैँ, इसलिए इसपर विचार करते हुए अधिवक्ताओं की समस्या का निस्तारण किया जाना चाहिए, इस बात की सुचना अध्यक्ष, बार काउंसिल ऑफ़ उत्तर प्रदेश व अध्यक्ष, बार काउंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया को भी दिया
