I’m really grateful for another year. This has honestly been my first peaceful and unchaotic birthday in the last two years and I don’t take it for granted at all. A lot can really change in a year.
Thank You God because my prayers keep coming to pass. My light keeps shining brighter and You keep lifting me in ways I could never imagine.
I stand on Your word in Amos 9:13-15 things will start happening so fast blessings on blessings everywhere I look blessings overflowing.
I am marvelously helped. Every eye that sees me blesses me and every ear that hears of me gives attention to me. Favor surrounds me like a shield.
Thank You Lord for all You have done and all You are still about to do in this new season of my life. Only Your will for my life will stand this year in Jesus name.
Grateful. Thankful. Blessed. 🙏🏽

A MAJOR LIFE UPDATE!

There’s a difference between starting a degree when everything aligns; mentally, emotionally, physically, financially… and starting one when life gives you no other option.

When your mental health is barely hanging on, when you’re stuck in survival mode, chasing your dreams in a foreign country, when the tears won’t stop and you’re not even thinking about grades, just trying to make it through each day… even when I felt so stuck, I still kept going and kept showing up.

Being away from my family made it even harder. Some days, I just wanted a hug from God or to sit with the people who know me best. But even then, God held my hand through it all… through the silent battles, the tears, the moments I almost gave up, the miraculous provision, the gift of men, and the strength I didn’t even know I had.

Getting a THIRD degree wasn’t part of my plan and I would have laughed if you told me I would but God definitely had other wonderful plans. This wasn’t just about earning another degree. This was about RESILIENCE, completing what I started, GRACE, believing in myself, finishing well, being okay with GOD disrupting my plans and FAITH.

It’s my THIRD degree y’all, it ended in praise and ended for me a major TESTIMONY.
Shoutout to God for every single step.
Also shoutout to me for choosing to RISE , even when it felt IMPOSSIBLE. So proud of me 🥹❤️.
This is proof that you can really do HARD things.

This is also why I have been away from YOUTUBE 🥺.

Rebecca Oluwabukola Ogunyemi, Medical Doctor, Master of Public Health, and now a Master of Healthcare Administration. Maintained an exceptionally high academic standing and got inducted into the Upsilon Phi Delta (UPD) Honor Society University of New Haven .

My parents also making it to my graduation was the highlight of it all.

To God Be The Glory 🙏🏽.
