But I am so disgusted by the fact that people can post hatred, violence, humiliation, and degradation—and social media platforms amplify it because it drives engagement.
Meanwhile, people like me who speak about reclaiming the sacredness of the human experience, celebrating the body, and remembering that all of us is divine get shadow banned, demonetized, have content removed, and sometimes lose accounts entirely.
Please, someone, make this make sense to me.
Actually, I do understand.
Puritanical history. Corporate liability. Body shame. Algorithms optimized for outrage. Capitalism demanding the safest, most sanitized version of humanity possible.
And still—
F—K that.
I don’t want a world where embodiment is treated as dangerous but cruelty is profitable.
I don’t want a world where shame is considered virtue and hatred is considered engagement.
I don’t want a world that is more offended by a lovingly blurred human body than by contempt, violence, and dehumanization.
People wonder why we’re disconnected from ourselves.
Maybe because we’ve built systems that punish wholeness and reward outrage.

Want to know what I genuinely think makes a guy attractive? Here’s my honest list:
• He takes care of himself. Not because he’s obsessed with appearance, but because he respects the body he’s been given.
• He knows kindness and strength aren’t opposites. The strongest people I’ve met have nothing to prove.
• He’s unapologetically himself. He doesn’t spend his life trying to fit someone else’s mold.
• He’s emotionally literate. He knows what he’s feeling, can communicate it clearly, and doesn’t make everyone else responsible for managing it.
• He can laugh at himself. He knows how to be silly.
• He works hard, but also knows how to rest. He can step off the treadmill without feeling guilty.
• He still experiences wonder. He still gets impressed. He still marvels at life.
• He’s humble. The more he learns, the more he realizes how much remains unknown.
• He makes people feel welcome. He creates belonging instead of exclusion.
• He contributes. He understands that life isn’t only about taking.
• He laughs deeply and generously, never at someone else’s expense.
• He has integrity. His actions and his values match.

And honestly?
I think that’s shameful.

a long time, many spiritual traditions taught us to transcend the body.
I’ve come to believe something different.
The body isn’t an obstacle to awakening.
The body is part of the temple.
Breath, sensation, touch, presence — these are all doorways back to the sacred.
