This is the bass I fell in love with at the Wood Wire Volts show in Anaheim back in January! I want one so bad! Just spectacular work from Barry at Grez -as always!
@philipconradmusic is out here sharing information that I think is so important. At some point in the last three years I transformed from a guitar player to a guitar collector and I'll be honest, while I love all of the guitars I own, I don't know that I like this version of myself.
I've been really having some meaningful discussions with myself and friends about how much gear is "needed" and Philip shares his view here in that therapeutic, non-judgemental tone he has so mastered. I think I'm going to be having really tough discussions with myself about what gear stays around and how much is still here out of vanity.
Having gear is great and I'm not saying you shouldn't buy what you want - it's your own money after all! - but remember that no one needs every new bit and bobble that is hyped on youtube and social media. That includes things I talk about on my podcast and on this channel and I'm going to do a better job of making that clear when I talk about products.
Check out this amazing effort to save precious rainforest by @LEWITT-audio! There's good reasons to support some companies, and then there are amazing reasons!
