New video tonight and going through things for the channel. Won't get into the stuff that's been going on in my life since the last video, won't help to keep reflecting on it or dwelling on it. Instead I'll just say there's two more videos ready to finalize and upload as long as I feel stuff behind the scenes wasn't being reflected in their recording. Last year has been a rough one for me and channel uploads, but for all the bad things going on this channel is one of the few good things and I don't want to forget that or act otherwise. After the video is uploaded I'll have a surprise to announce that you all have inspired me to do months ago but I never felt a good opportunity to discuss it.

As long as there are no problems from YouTube's end, video will have a premiere set for 9 pm EST tomorrow, see how that goes. Certain clips I'm wondering if I'll have to remove or change, already have backup recordings made in case. I solved the audio issues, was able to confirm it was the program and not the equipment. Nice of Magix Music Maker to start screwing up nearly IMMEDIATELY when it began advertising a new version of the program to buy, how convenient for them. Friendship ended, one star, won't buy again. I don't care how fancy or advanced stuff is, if it can't do simple jobs in any capacity then I won't trust using it. Yes, I'll make a joke about it in the video, no it won't be what people I've shown bits of it to say is the funniest part...

I have to fix a lot more recorded segments than I was expecting. The damn audio problems I was having in the previous video are still happening. This time entire sentences are being cut off from the recording instead of just "hiccups" that cut a split second. Either my xlr stuff is going bad or it's the program, and as of now I have no way to replace any of the xlr setup so I'm trying a different program. As of now, I'm trying to rerecord stuff using the video editor itself, that seems to be okay for the moment. The problem is redoing all the camerawork after I get back from work AS WELL AS redoing what I've recorded for the Pendulum and Children Rekindled videos. Tricks for me this halloween but if I work fast enough it still might be up late tonight (like 3am late) but definitely sometime over the weekend if not.

Video updates: The Sonic commenter video is cancelled, but the comments will be used in future Sonic videos since they've inspired me for some new stuff (evolution of sonic the hedgehog mainline games?). Halloween videos are The Naught and Children Rekindled Chapter 14, editing The Pendulum video is taking too long and there's things I need to add to it.

New video up, but for what I think are reasons involving Island Records it's blocked in Russia. Currently working on a commenter video for Sonic Execution Book 1 (and possibly others) and a video on the new ICP Album The Naught, but also focusing energy into making sure there's TWO videos released for Halloween. Those will be for ICP's comic series The Pendulum and the new chapter of Children Rekindled (both fitting for spooky month I think). I was going to make those a single video for compare/contrast purposes but I think it's best to discuss them on their own merits/failures.

As long as there are no surprises with the upload, new video will be up tomorrow night. Also for Halloween there will be a Double Feature of two videos, though it may wind up being a little AFTER Halloween but I'm putting in the grind for the next few weeks to get things rolling at a decent pace again.

So, uh, wound up working on three videos at once thanks to new info from the comments in the ICP video. Like I said before was trying to sort things between videos it'd make sense to put them in, but also had ideas on stuff to make for upcoming videos I wanted to get done before I forgot exactly what I was trying to do with them. I'm doing my best to get the commenter video up by Sunday evening, then the Sonic commenter video up within a week-week and a half (will be away for three days, tell you more when I get back), The Naught video after that (80-90% done as is), then finally a focus on ICP's comics (specifically The Pendulum series) is ready to record and move forward with, but I'll save that for another time. Perhaps around Halloween? The Naught video will also be the first time I've paid to license video effects, hence my desire to get what I was working on done right.

New version of the upcoming Commenter Appreciation video's thumbnail, some of you have changed your profile images but I tried to make sure more of you were visible. I worked on a special ending for the video for a while that I hope you'll enjoy, but a couple things have to go right with the upload otherwise I'll have to "plan b" things that might add a couple days. Also I might as well start setting these videos as Premieres now. One more thing, the next analysis video for ICP will not just be for the newly-released final Joker's Card of the Second Deck, but for a couple character/lore songs I missed the first time and an entire album from the Missing Link era I didn't realize existed. While the topic for both videos is still ICP, one is about you guys so anything that isn't involved with that is going to be in the other video.

I honestly thought the stuff I was working on the last few weeks was going to be easy lol. While you wait for the next upload (hopefully a few days but need to check a few more things about it) why not see if you can find your comment in the thumbnail previews here? Took my arm out of one to make it easier... Going to sleep then FINALLY responding to everyone my tunnel vision laced with anxietey has had me miss out on. And thank you all for your support! You've all shown me time and again I can do this thing, and I don't plan to stop or get slowed down anymore!

"Sorry sir, we'll need the car overnight because the part we told you was broken wasn't the broken part." Between bad insomnia and dealing with "we can't find the leak, come back again" for the last few months I've been in a strange mental state. I guess not sleeping is what really causes it, that thing where you know there's no reason to be dealing with anxietey or whatever it is but your brain just overrides logic and goes "no keep metaphorically hiding in the corner!" Then you get that one moment that pushes you over a line where instead of getting mad and frustrated at all the stupid things going on around you you just laugh it off and feel better again. Next two videos are Commenter Appreciation videos, you all deserve them.
