Your gut speaks to you. But are you listening? 🌿
When my clients come to me with skin breakouts, fatigue, hormonal chaos, or anxiety… the root often lies not in what’s visible, but in what’s going wrong deep inside — in the gut.
Swipe through to find out if your gut has been trying to signal you through these symptoms:
🔹 Bad breath (even after brushing)? Might be bacterial imbalance in your gut. 🔹 Coated tongue? Ayurveda calls this Ama – undigested toxins. 🔹 Always tired? Your gut might not be absorbing nutrients well. 🔹 Unexplained acne or skin rashes? Internal inflammation is often the culprit. 🔹 Mood swings or anxiety? 90% of serotonin is made in the gut. Yes, really. 🔹 Irregular periods, PMS, thyroid issues? Hormonal imbalances are deeply connected to gut health.
✨ When your gut is off, your body doesn’t scream — it whispers. But if you don’t listen, it gets louder. Start with awareness. Start with food. Start with rhythm.
DM me “GUT RESET” if you’re ready for a holistic healing plan that nourishes your body from the inside out.
Your gut is not just where digestion happens — it’s where immunity, hormone balance, skin health, and mood all begin. But sometimes, without even realizing it, our daily habits start working against our gut instead of with it. 🧠💔🌿
In this post, I’m breaking down 5 common habits that silently damage your gut health — and what you can do to start healing, naturally and gently. ✨
Here are some Ayurvedic-backed tips and shifts I recommend:
🔸 If you’re taking frequent antibiotics: → Rebuild your gut with probiotic-rich foods like fermented rice, kanji, or buttermilk → Include herbs like Triphala and Haritaki to restore balance
🔸 If you sleep late or have poor sleep quality: → Follow Dinacharya: finish dinner by sunset, switch off screens early, and give your gut time to rest → Herbal support like Brahmi or nutmeg-infused milk can also help improve sleep rhythm
🔸 If you’re chronically constipated: → Hydrate deeply — start your morning with warm lemon water → Eat ghee, soaked raisins, and walk after meals to support natural elimination → Add digestive herbs like ajwain, cumin, or Hingvashtak churna
🔸 If your eating habits are irregular: → Eat meals at consistent times every day → Avoid constant snacking — give your gut time to finish one job before starting another → Listen to hunger signals, not just cravings
Gut healing isn’t a detox tea or a crash diet. It’s a process of unlearning and re-aligning with your body’s natural wisdom. 🌱
💬 Tell me — which of these 5 habits are you working on? Or which one surprised you the most?
