To many, 300 might seem like a small number in today’s competitive YouTube landscape. But to me, it’s much more than that. My journey began 5 years ago when I uploaded my very first track. It’s true—reaching this point took longer than most might expect. But numbers don’t tell the full story.
This 300 isn’t just about subscribers. It’s family, friends, collaborators, and supporters who’ve stood by me. People who’ve believed in this journey of mine—a journey of honing a craft that feels both alien and like home. A journey filled with conflicts and growth in every step.
You’ve witnessed my progression, and your support means everything to me. This milestone has been a long-standing goal, and I’m beyond grateful to celebrate it with all of you.
New projects are on the way, and I’m excited to share more of what I love creating. I hope my music continues to resonate and inspire. Thank you for sticking around, and I hope you’ll stay with me as this journey unfolds."
How does this feel? Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!
Sorry for the wait, yall know how it its, whole lotto good tunes available for download via my highlight or YT in bio.
This boy Jethro came over to my place over the span of two weeks back around this time 2022. we laid these tracks out. This dude slept at the stu, didn't let me sleep, took a nap and came back to do some more.
So trust me when I say, if nothing else there's whole lotta heart and soul that went into this project.
Delays on delays occurred due to this and that but here we are.
Due to immense demand from everyone asking what happened to my music. Here it is yall.
Growing up I did not ever gave it any thought of being a musician, I didn't give any thought to my future. I was speechless back in 5th grade during a surprise speech session to talk about our dream careers. I panicked and started saying I wanted to be an astronaut since I thought it sounded cool. But I had no clue what it meant to be an astronaut except you go to the moon. That was the day I realized that I dont have an ambition. I continued like that for a long time, until I was in my 2nd year of Uni when I felt super discontent with myself. I had everything one could ever wish for, except myself. So I did something pretty insane.
That's a story for another time. But we are here today and I can't see myself moving away from music. Music is my thing, music has become me and even though at times it may seem I'm musically inactive, I'm just marinating.
I love music, and music has showed me love through its patience and dedication to bringing me all the amazing experience I had so far. I felt the blues when I was in the airport for 2 days having messed up my ticket, I felt rock when I was at a bar in Canada upfront of a local artist just jamming away to the tunes. I felt the spark of rap when the last performance at a hiphop content came in at 2 am when the club was in single digits and did the most amazing performance. I felt hiphop when I was street performing in the bus stand of Badulla and some kids were looking at me and waving through their windows from across the streets. I love this, and I am grateful to be able to share this with you all. I hope you keep supporting me and inspiring to do better. It's my way to communicate with people, it's my voice, its my story. Enjoy, please just communicate with me, that's all I ever want from you, to communicate. Peace and Love. Adeesha Achalanka.
P.S. Not all my projects are uploaded yet onto the Gdrive, but I'll do so as we go along, most of them are uploaded it's just some of the older ones are kinda missing haha as I've lost a few HardDrives and laptops along the way.
"Rhyming in the Wind," music video dropping on March 10th on my YouTube channel.
This project is the culmination of my year-long journey, packed with soulful samples and raw lyricism that speaks to the essence of my passion and message.
Through all the ups and downs, finding solace in music and hoping to inspire others to do the same.
Join me on this musical odyssey, and let's get lost in the rhythm of the wind.

It's been 5 years since the start of this journey. As I reflect back on it, I'm amazed I am still doing music to this day.
