I spent some time walking through a cemetery this week.
Not morbid. Not depressing. Actually the opposite.
Every stone I passed had a dash between two dates. That dash is a whole life. Everything that person did, felt, risked, regretted — compressed into a tiny line.
It made me think about how much time most of us spend waiting. Waiting for the right moment. Waiting until things settle down. Waiting to finally start.
