Adding to the evidence that I guess I only own 2 workout outfits ๐Ÿซฃ, check out this 30-minute total body workout with my very favorite prop, the small ball!

This week's workouts are all about mind body connection, and today's routine is no different. We start with breathwork to help tune into the body and out of the outside world before progressing into a stellar abdominal series on the mat. We'll then dive into a glute bridge and lunge challenge to build a strong butt before finishing off the workout with some prone back extension. This finishing series is all about improving your posture and reducing back pain.

So, grab those small balls, and let's get into it!

Keep building your mind body connection with today's 30-Minute no equipment workout! Build on your mind body connection, move to the beat of the music, and challenge your muscular endurance in just 30 minutes โšก.

We kick this efficient workout off with breathwork before moving into a strong and effective abs series on the mat. We then round out our mat work with a plank series to enhance your core stability and a butt-burning tabletop sequence to strengthen your glutes. Finally, improve your balance with a fun standing curtsy lunge series.

We start the routine with some gentle movements to ready your mind and body before progressing through a series of no equipment exercises on the floor and standing. At the end of 30 minutes, you will feel centered, strong, and ready for whatever the day has in store for you! The slow burn start features breathwork and gentle mobilizations to reset your energy and focus your mind. Then, we'll transition into a flowing, music-driven sequences that gradually build in intensityโ€”centered around glute, core stability, and inner thighs.

You'll move to the beat throughout the workout, letting the rhythm motivate you and help you push through the burn. Expect a powerful combo of mobility, breath, and intentional movement โ€“ all from the floor.
