#1 They smell so bad

Pattaya smells horrible under the sidewalk. There's a gaping hole every few meters. And if you're not careful, you'll breathe in the most disgusting air of your life.

Imagine someone with lactose intolerance just had a cappucino, chicken tikka masala, and an omelette - and than he f*rted in your face.

That's Pattaya on the road.

Some examples of a danger zone for the nose: the right sidewalk just before the start of Walking Street. And the manhole right before Soi 6. And almost the whole Soi Buakhao.

Tip: Slow down between manholes but pass them quickly. And don't breathe in too much – or at the wrong moment.
