This is a space to relax, connect, and experience the power of rhythm together. No musical experience is needed. Whether you are brand new to drumming or have been playing for years, you are invited to come as you are and be part of the circle.
Through simple rhythms, call and response, group grooves, and playful rhythm activities, we will create music together in a way that supports connection, creativity, stress relief, and community. Drum circles are not about performance. They are about participation, listening, expression, and unity.
Drums and percussion will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own drum or shaker if you have one.
Come drum, breathe, laugh, listen, and reconnect with yourself and the people around you.
