After soaking up the sun at Ionian Cabana for 3 days, we decided to make Mommy C feel extra special for her bday by grabbing a late lunch at Deli de San Honore.

This place is basically Italy in a nutshell, with brick oven pizzas that'll make you question why you ever settled for delivery.

The moment you walk, you will be greeted with a long staircase heading down to their outdoor dining area. It's like stumbling into a cozy secret garden.

And get this, it's nestled in a tranquil residential nook, with parking conveniently lining the roadside.

As for the menu, it won't break the bank, and when the food finally graces your table, you're in for a treat. Portions so generous, you might need backup.

Pro-tip: Don't leave without trying their pizza and the Herb De Provence Porkchop. Your taste buds will thank you later!

We we’re looking for a place where we can toast Mommy C's big day! Initially, we had Tagaytay or Zambales on the brain, but then, surprise – we stumbled upon this fresh-faced resort in Batangas, which has been making waves since its grand opening in August 2023 so naturally, we just had to see what all the fuss was about!

Word has it, Ionian takes its cues from the breathtaking Ionian Islands. Picture-perfect scenery, crystal-clear waters, quaint villages – it's like a Greek getaway brought straight to your doorstep, offering a blend of chill vibes, cultural flair, and outdoor adventures.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀:
✅ So close to Manila, it's practically a stone's throw away. Just a chill 3-4 hour drive.
✅ Rooms? Oh, they've got you covered. Two cozy queen beds, fluffy towels, and don't even get us started on that smart toilet – it's like having a mini butler in your bathroom!
✅ Eco-friendly vibes all around. They hand you a pitcher and glasses, so you can quench your thirst guilt-free. Just pop over to the resto bar for a refill.
✅ Got a furry friend tagging along? No problemo! This place is pet-friendly, giving your four-legged pal the vacation they deserve.
✅ With only 10 cabanas, it's like having your own private slice of paradise. No crowds here, folks.
