Meet the motor trio that keeps your eyes dancing in perfect harmony:
🔹 CN III – Oculomotor: moves most of your eye muscles, lifts the eyelid, and controls the pupil.
🔹 CN IV – Trochlear: the specialist — moves the eye down & in (like when reading or checking your phone).
🔹 CN VI – Abducens: abducts the eye — pulls it outward to the side.
Together, these nerves are the choreographers of vision, making smooth, coordinated eye movements possible. 🩰
