We are Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZ) and our role as an independent regulatory body of Zimbabwe's capital markets established in terms of the securities Act (Chapter 24:25) in 2008 by Government through the Ministry of Finance, is to mark the end of self regulation in the capital market industry.
