The Independents journey has reached midpoint. So far, we have managed to chase 5 candidates and record their stories, follow them around while they do their thing and gain some insights into how independent candidates function during an election.
Yesterday, we found a candidate in Siliguri who has put in 50K of her own money, goes around with a tempo + loudspeakers, gathers people for her rally and then gives powerful speeches to... 5-10 people. You need a gargantuan amount of courage to do something like this. She does this 3-4 times a day.
Ngl, I cried a bit seeing that.
In any case, we have a treat for members of this channel: a CAR PODCAST! Me and @stvksn are documenting our entire journey as a daily audio diary, so you can also follow our journey as we take it.
A little bit of bad news. I am going to pause the Friday public streams for a few weeks starting today. Friday streams are going to become members-only, at least for now.
I am currently trying to figure out how to do more videos (both constructed and recorded), plus I'm working on my book. So I think it's time to give the public streams a little bit of a break.
This is not a permanent thing, obviously. And I shall resume them again v soon. If you still want to continue watching my streams, then you will have to become a member. For now.

Hi all,
