🇬🇧 I made a video about British etiquette a while ago, and suddenly lots of people are watching it again.
It made me realise something: many learners sound polite in English, but Brits sometimes interpret things differently. For example:
– Being too direct
– Not using small talk
– Skipping softening phrases
None of this is obvious unless someone explains it. If you’d like to understand British behaviour a bit better, you might find this video interesting.
