Welcome to my channel! This is a safe space for those who are looking for support or education around endometriosis, or just a friendly face to share life chapters with! My channel is a mix of my chronic illness journey, motherhood, and everything in between!
Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed with a chronic illness or are on your way towards finding answers, know that you are not alone in what you’re going through!
*not providing medical advice - just a channel created by a patient who shares her personal journey and the research she’s found🤍 If you have any new, changing, or recurring symptoms - it's always good to get it checked by your doctor.

Morning! I love how the moment I mention I wanted to do a video on endometriosis and work-life balance is when my job ramps up and is the busiest it's ever been! Last week I was in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (say that ten times fast) for a work trip - which in all honesty knocked me right off my work balance.
Was pretty tricky to navigate (and I've noticed my anxiety has spiked ever since that trip if I'm honest). Apologies for being late on getting this video up for you all - but it's one that I think hits the hardest right now in my current life. I don't have all the answers - but I'm excited to get this video out SOON to start the conversation on how we can stop apologizing for our bodies limits in work spaces and start advocating for support <3
Other video ideas lined up for my channel in the coming weeks include:
1. how PCOS has a new name
2. health anxiety / my experience with hypochondria (and the link to waiting years for a name to my pain
Would love to hear if there's been anything on your brain that you'd like me to cover on my channel that would be helpful for you in your journey!

Advocacy is often imagined as something loud or political, but for many people with endometriosis, it starts much more quietly - in moments of confusion, dismissal, exhaustion, or the realization that you deserve better care than what you’ve been given. This handbook was created for those trying to navigate that reality while also learning how to use their voice within it.
Sometimes it’s simply asking another question, sharing your experience, or choosing to believe that your pain deserves to be taken seriously🤍
My handbook is here to help every step of the way

Working on a video looking at how we can navigate work while living with endometriosis - specifically around when and how to tell your employer, what helps me balance responsibilities and more. Let me know if there is anything specific when it comes to work / school and endo that you'd like me to cover!
