Did I ever tell you that my first guided meditation video is THE video I was most hesitant to upload? Still to this day I’m so grateful to myself that I did it anyways. It was the catalyst to a lot of growth - not just in views/subscribers but in me! My passion for mindfulness, meditation and yoga nidra only grew more and more and has impacted my life (and my videos) in so many ways!
