That's what friends are for. 💜 Gayle King, who was married to William Bumpus for a decade, opened up about her ex-husband's affair in a new interview on "Call Her Daddy."

Bumpus allegedly had an extramarital affair with King's friend, which she said she discovered when she returned home from a trip early.

"I was thinking, 'The kids are here. I don't want anybody to know.' That was my main thought," King told host Alex Cooper.

The Busch family has released a statement, sharing that after severe pneumonia progressed into sepsis, ultimately resulting in the tragic passing of Kyle Busch.

"The medical evaluation provided to the Busch Family concluded that severe pneumonia progressed into sepsis, resulting in rapid and overwhelming associated complications," the statement said.

The two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion was hospitalized in Charlotte, North Carolina, earlier this week with what his family and the auto racing series termed a "severe illness."

Kyle Busch, one of the most decorated drivers in NASCAR history, has died, NASCAR announced. He was 41 and rushed to the hospital with a severe illness, according to his family.

Busch, 41, was scheduled to compete this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

"Kyle has experienced a severe illness resulting in hospitalization,” the Busch family said. “He is currently undergoing treatment and will not compete in any of his scheduled activities this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. We ask for understanding and privacy as our family navigates this situation.”

Busch had been dealing with illness in recent weeks. At Watkins Glen on May 10, FOX Sports noted during the broadcast that he had been fighting a sinus cold. He overheard radioing for the track doctor during that race. He actually finished eighth that day, his best result of the season. He also won a Truck Series race at Dover the following weekend.

If Jeff Bezos had his way, half of Americans would pay no federal income tax.

In a May 20 television appearance, the Amazon boss noted that the top 1% of U.S. taxpayers pay roughly 40% of all federal income tax. The bottom half of taxpayers pay only 3%. The world’s fourth-wealthiest man was speaking on the CNBC program “Squawk Box.”

Bezos talked of his own upbringing: His father was a Cuban immigrant, and his mother gave birth at 17.

His comments come at a moment when some cities and states are proposing higher taxes on the rich.
