I wanted to share this because I’m sure you’re seeing so many motivational posts of people online effortlessly getting back into the rhythm of things.
I just want to remind you that it’s okay if your first week feels normal or mundane. We all have 9-to-5 jobs, responsibilities, and life to juggle.
As long as you’re getting up every morning and trying, that’s more than enough.
