Welcome to the iceberg's hidden bottom.
How brands manipulate you. How creators build empires. How stories make people buy, follow, and remember.
Hidden patterns, attention psychology, and the strategies nobody teaches — for creators and brands who want an unfair advantage.
Because everyone sees the surface. I take you to the bottom.

Given By: Oscar Owens (One of the best Youtube Strategist) works with clients like BBC, Disney, Redbull, Meta, and more

1. Your idea sets the videos potential. Your title and thumbnail determine how much of that potential you unlock.

2. Never go with your first thumbnail concept. Make at least 3 versions before you pick one.

3. Subscriber count is a vanity metric in 2026. Average views per video is what actually tells you if your channel is healthy.

4. Aim for a 5.5% CTR on your thumbnails. If it drops below this, change out your title or thumbnail.

5. Post x1 video per week for 52 weeks and improve one thing at a time. Thats the formula for success.

6. Your thumbnail and title should work without each other. If they don’t, fix one of them.

7. Replace the word “algorithm” with “audience”. The algorithm just reflects what your audience wants.

8. Outsource editing immediately. Your time is worth more than $15 per hour.

9. Videos 15 minutes and over perform better on YouTube TV. This means longer videos get more views.

10. Never go with your first thumbnail concept. Make at least 3 versions before you pick one.

11. Your email list is worth 100x your subscriber count. YouTube builds your audience. Email builds your business.

12. YouTube search traffic compounds. Browse traffic spikes. You need both.

13. A bad idea with a great title will always beat a great idea with a bad title.

14. Aim for 40-50% Average View Duration. Below that, you’re losing people too early.

15. Short-form should funnel into long-form. That is the ONLY point of shorts.

16. Go to YouTube Studio >> Analytics >> Audience. Find out when your viewers are online. Post then.

17. Thumbnails need one clear emotion. Curiosity, shock, or desire. Pick one.

18. Your channel description is indexed by AI search engines. Most creators haven’t rewritten theirs.

19. Enable auto-dubbing in YouTube Studio. It’s free. Most creators haven’t turned it on.

20. Being a YouTuber is lonely. Find 5 creators at your level and do a weekly call together.

21. It has never been harder to grow on YouTube if you make bad videos. It has never been easier to grow if you make good videos.

22. You don’t learn YouTube by studying it. You learn it by doing it.

23. No clickbait. No complaining its hard. No overthinking.

24. Your first hire is a video editor. Your second hire is a thumbnail designer. This frees up 70% of your time.

25. Post the damn video! Stop thinking about it.
